2 How to search our CV database There s nothing more daunting than seeing a sky-high pile of jobseeker CVs on your desk; and there s nothing more frustrating than realising that none of them are qualified for the job and have only applied for the sake of it. 3 01 02 Basic searches Results First things first, you ve got to search for your candidates; it s often the hardest part, but we ve made it effortlessly simple. Our simple search box allows you to filter through basic fields including candidate location and when the CV was posted. So if you want a recent CV and want the jobseeker to live no further than 10 miles away, it won t choose candidates on the other side of the country from 6 months ago. Not only that, but you can choose to have the results displayed by best match, date uploaded or location, to make your search even more specialised. Using the information you provided in the basic search, the database will show matching candidates, their level of experience and what they re earning in their current role. Our relevancy indicator for each candidate helps make things even easier. 4 03 04 Download CVs candidates So you ve found someone you think could be the dream candidate, and now you can find out about them very easily by downloading CVs of any jobseekers that catch your eye or that you want to know more about. This means you can be 100% sure they match your requirements before you move onto the next step You re impressed by a candidate and want to snap them up before someone else sees them so it s time to contact them then. We ve made this part easy too; with a click of a button you can candidates and let them know that you re interested in interviewing them. 04

5 05 06 SMS candidates Download selected CVs Not everyone has access to their on the move, but something that is never far from people s pockets are their mobile phones. So if you re in a rush to fill a vacancy and are worried your candidate won t check their s before the deadline, why not send them an SMS to let them know you ve seen their CV? It s a text message they won t want to ignore. Sometimes you want to view more than one candidate s CV to let you compare their qualities. Simply tick however many candidates you want and download multiple CVs with one simple click. It s easy. This is ideal if you want a large selection to choose from or have a bulk of similar vacancies to fill. 05
