2 Dear Town of Binghamton Resident and/or Property Owner: The Town of Binghamton is updating its comprehensive plan and we want to hear from you. The comprehensive plan update will track progress from the last plan completed in 2009 and will outline new goals and objectives for improving our town. This survey is intended to obtain your thoughts about Binghamton and your hopes for the future of the town. The survey can also be completed online at: binghamton.questionpro.com It is very important that you complete and return this survey as soon as possible. Surveys mailed after Friday, May 20th, 2016 cannot be included in the results. Your answers are very important to us. Individual responses will be kept confidential.
