1 FRIENDS OF MCCAIN TICKET ORDER FORM Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University Choir, Nov. 14, Pg 13 WHO SHOULD USE THIS FORM: Use this form to subscribe to a package of seven or more shows for the McCain Performance Series. If you want to purchase individual tickets to shows (not part of a package of seven or more), do not use this form. Individual tickets go on sale July 31. At that time, tickets will be available online at k-state.edu/mccain and in person at the McCain Auditorium Bo Office. Phone orders for individual tickets will begin Monday, Aug. 1 at HOW TO SAVE MONEY AND GET THE BEST SEATS: 1. Get your order in early! This is the best (and easiest) thing you can do to get your order to the front of the line. Friends of McCain receive even more priority (see No. 3 below)! 2. Order a subscription (a package of seven or more shows). The more shows you order as a subscriber, the more you save! To receive your discount, all of your selected shows must be purchased at the same time. Ticket buyers wishing to sit together should send separate orders in one envelope. All audience members, including children, must have a ticket. Please, no children under 5 years of age unless noted. Subscribe to seven or more events and save 10 percent. Subscribe to 13 or more events and save 15 percent. Subscribe to the entire season and save 20 percent. 3. Become a Friend of McCain and return your order form by July 8 to receive priority seating. See middle section of season brochure for information on joining the Friends of McCain. Priority seating and seat request conflicts will be processed based upon a combination of several factors: Level of Friends of McCain contribution. How many events are chosen in current subscription order (must pick at least seven different events). Date order received. 4. Double-check your order! Errors on your order form can delay the process, as it requires you to be contacted for clarification. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I TURN IN THIS FORM?: Tickets will be mailed or placed in will call in mid to late August (depending on which option is selected). Payment will be verified before tickets are mailed or placed in will call. If your first choice of tickets is not available for a particular performance or price level, the best available tickets at the net lowest price or section will be substituted. All events are held at McCain Auditorium unless otherwise indicated. Youth prices are applicable for those 18 years and younger. Verification may be required. K-State student tickets must be accompanied by a current K-State student ID at the door of the performance. There are no refunds on ticket orders.
