4 Important Instruction for Candidates Instructions for Candidates Filling CAP Admission Form 1. Please read the Brochure carefully before filling the online admission form. 2. Candidates should carry 10th Mark sheet along with required documents. 3. Only eligible Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State Candidature Type A, B, C, D and OMS can fill this Application form. J&K Candidates can apply for Post HSC Diploma courses. S/he should apply through Link Apply. In case of power failure during filling online application form then Candidate can login again with his/her Application ID and Password. 4. S/he is has to give the details of the Candidature, Category detail (in case of Maharashtra), Personal Details and Qualifying examination details. 5. Once you enter the details on each page you can modify them until it is confirmed. 6. Print the CAP Admission form and arrange the required documents as mentioned in the list on your printout. 7. YOU NEED TO CARRY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO ARC ALONG WITH ATTESTED DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED TO THE CAP ADMISSION FORM. 8. You are required to visit ARC and submit the CAP Admission form. 9. ONCE ARC OFFICER CONFIRMS CANDIDATES FORM ONLINE THEN IT IS CONSIDERED AS SUBMITTED AND CONFIRMED. 10. ARC officer may ask you produce your Original documents. He will confirm Application form online. ARC officer will print two copies of the Receipt cum Acknowledgement of CAP Admission form and affixes his/her signature on both the copies and will return one copy to you. 11. If you have forgotten the password then you can approach to ARC with admit card and set the password again. 12. Apply 1.1 Candidate Login Page for Application Form The candidate is required to visit and select candidate login where candidate is required to login with the help of Application ID and Password that he/she has purchased from ARC. 1.2 Set Security Question The candidate is required to set security question which will be used to retrieve information in case forgot password or lost password. 7 1.4 Course Selection Candidate is required to select course in which he/she wants to take admission for diploma. Courses are as follows: Hotel Management and Catering Technology Pharmacy Rubber Technology Surface Coating Technology 1.5 Type of Candidature Candidates are required to select candidature type as per the conditions mentioned in the information brochure. 8 1.6 Home district and Category Details Candidate is required to fill home district and category details as based on candidature type. A detail as per candidature type is described as follows: For Type A Candidate Candidate Passing SSC (Std. X) and HSC (Std. XII) examination from a recognized institution in Maharashtra State is a Type A Candidate For Type B Candidate Candidate Passing SSC (Std. X) and/or HSC (Std. XII) examination from a recognized institution situate outside the State of Maharashtra. Candidate/ Father or Mother or Husband of the candidate is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra. 9 1.6.3 For Type C Candidate Candidate Passing SSC (Std. X) and / or HSC (Std. XII) examination from a recognized institution situate outside the State of Maharashtra. Note: The children of the employees of Government of India and its Undertaking shall be eligible for admission even though they might have passed the S.S.C. (Std. X) and/or H.S.C. (Std. XII) or equivalent examinations from the recognized Institutions situate outside the State of Maharashtra, provided that such an employee of Government of India or its Undertaking must have been transferred/posted at a place of work located in the State of Maharashtra and also must have reported for duty i.e. joined the duty on/before the last date of submission of Application Form for Centralized Admission. 10 1.6.4 For Type D Candidate Candidate Passing SSC (Std. X) and / or HSC (Std. XII) examination from a recognized institution situate outside the State of Maharashtra. Note: The children of such employees of Government of Maharashtra or its Undertaking who have been transferred to a place situate outside the State of Maharashtra on deputation or who have been returned to the State of Maharashtra after the initial transfer/deputation shall be eligible for admission even though such children might have passed the S.S.C. (Std. X) and/or H.S.C. (Std. XII) or equivalent examinations from the recognized Institutions situate outside the State of Maharashtra For Outside Maharashtra Candidate (OMS) OMS candidate should be an Indian national, who is not satisfying any of the conditions Stated in Sr. No. 1,2, 3, 4 (i.e. Type A,B,C,D) and should have passed HSC(Std. XII) examination from an institute situate outside State of Maharashtra within India. Note: - OMS candidates are not eligible for admission in Govt/ Govt Aided Polytechnics. 13 1.10 Upload Photo with Signature Candidate is required to paste latest passport size photo and sign in a box provided on application kit and upload photo with signature as per instructions mentioned in the application kit. On selecting photo and signature files to upload, then candidate is required to select PREVIW button then only candidate can see uploaded images as shown below. 14 1.11 Print Application form Candidate gets summary of his/her application form on completion of all the required details in the application form. Candidate is required to submit print of online application form at ARC. On completion of the application form, candidate is required to submit print of application form along with all the necessary documents attached to it at nearest ARC.
