7 AGL overview of project status 7 Connection (Essential Energy) Technical schedules for Essential Energy Connection Agreement are being finalised Nyngan Solar Plant cuts into the existing 132kV transmission line» Start-up meeting for contestable works planned for 5 Feb 2014 Essential Energy has confirmed that Nyngan substation (existing) refurbishment commences in March 2014» Reactive plant (delivery in May 2014)

8 First Solar overview of project status 8 Current status:» First Solar mobilsed site on Tuesday, 28 January 2014» WBHO Civil have been awarded the site establishment and civil works packages» Their supervision has arrived and are working from the Temporary Workers Accommodation Camp» Work on site is scheduled to commence early next week Temporary Workers Accommodation Camp:» All the essential services have been installed» The first fifty rooms have arrived on site and will be occupied by the 15 th of Feb» Meals will be served from the RSL from the 15 th of Feb

(eg call out for nominations, reviewing nominations and accepting nominations) 3. What reporting do you think should be required? 4. Who do you think should make the final recommendation to AGL for approval? 5. Who do you think should administer the fund and how should the funds be administered? (refer to roles and responsibilities in the Community Investment Policy requirements) 6. How do you think the success of the community fund should be measured?

Are there particular areas you wish to focus the funding support? (eg health, education, recreation, employment generation etc) 4. 13 AGL Construction Community Fund 13 Roles and responsibilities of managing the Community Fund Detail Hold Community Fund Workshop with stakeholders and collaboratively develop framework for the project specific fund. Inform the community about the program using various communication channels. Invite applications from relevant communities. Receive applications. Acknowledge applications. Assess all applications against the requirements outlined in the Community Investment Policy. Shortlist all applications that meet the Community Investment Policy requirements. Obtain final approval from AGL. Notify the successful and unsuccessful applicants in writing. Sign agreements and transfer funds within the agreed timeframe. Promote successful applicants under AGL branding. Monitor and report on outcomes and expenditure.
