22 Hidden Oaks is a friendly subdivision north of Gainesville, FL in Lake Butler. It s a perfect place to call home if you want to live in the country but don t want to maintain a large property, or if you want to escape the high property taxes in Alachua County. We ve opened phase II of Hidden Oaks and are building homes now. The lots are 1/2 acre in size and cost between $18,000 to $30,000. It s easy to get a loan for your land & home package in Hidden Oaks. The Department of Agriculture even offers assistance by making 100% USDA loans available.
