2 PT AUGUSTA GOLF CLASSIC 2015 ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Up to and including the closing date, all entries will be recorded and allocated to events in order of receipt. 2. Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf together with the Local Rules of the Port a Golf Club Inc., or any other Local Rules advised on the notice board for the day. 3. Where Championship and Handicap / Stableford and Veteran s events are run in conjunction, players are entitled to win only one trophy per event. 4. Each player MUST report to the Starter 15 minutes prior to his/her hitting off time. 5. The Club will endeavour to arrange partners in the 4-Ball and Ambrose events, if required. 6. Handicap Grades are subject to nominations. A, B and C Grades will apply for Men s events. Ladies will be Division 1 and Division To be eligible for the 54-hole events, competitors must submit a valid nomination form and entry fee for all three rounds prior to the start of the first round of the 54-hole event. 8. Motorised transport is allowed, however for the 54-hole Classic, a Doctor s letter is required. 9. Pairs Event Nominations: BOTH PLAYERS need to submit separate nomination forms before closing date to be eligible to play together in pairs events, otherwise partners will be allocated from the single entries received. IMPTANT ADDITIONAL NOTES All players participating in Men s events 5, 7 and 9 and Ladies' events 6, 8 and 10 are automatically included in The 54-Hole Classic event, subject to the requirements of Entry Condition No. 7 (see above for details) Be in attendance at the trophy presentations (Tuesday - Saturday evenings) for a chance to win a $100 voucher from Drummond Golf. Veteran s events will be held each day for golfers 60 and over. Please clearly mark your score card each day with a V. Ferret Awards will be held for events from Tuesday to Saturday. The trophy supplied by a Car Wash. (A ferret is when a player chips or putts in from off-the-green. Please mark your score card with an 'F' to indicate.)
