"Reasonable prices and outstanding durability were the criteria we used when selecting our range of Reflex Foams & Traditional Latex You will find full details over the next few pages, however if you are in any doubt in your product choice or prices please contact our Advice line alternatively CUSHION REFILLING SERVICE BEFORE Remove your cushion covers. If your covers are not fitted with a zip or alternative fastening, please contact our Advice line and we will try to assist you with the best method of removing your cover. If you do not have our mailing pack these can be applied for on-line or requested by , alternatively you can just phone our Advice line. Should you want to save time and use your own packing, please ensure the covers are well protected. step 3... step 4... Having received your covers we will prepare a quote and contact you by post, or phone with full details and advice if required. Your quote will normally offer the three qualities shown below and include the cost of Stockinette undercovers, labour & insurance. Reassuringly expensive, a long term investment in durability and sumptuous comfort. Popular with customers who love their sofas and chairs and have no intension of replacing them. Traditional Talalay latex is no longer supplied by Dunlopillo and therefore only available from specialist suppliers with product knowledge and years of experience. 8 Polyester Fibre Wraps Polyester fibre wraps enhance the finished appearance of your cushions, lofting the cushion centre and softening angular lines. Highly recommend when replacing loose feather or fibre filled cushion interiors and useful in helping to prevent the saddling of leather covers. To obtain that overstuffed appearance using a Polyester fibre wrap it should used in addition to the amount of foam or latex required to fill your cushion cover. The polyester fibre is bonded and permanently sealed to the foam unit, ensuring the fibre stays in place during fitting & use. Stockinette Undercovers are designed to enable the easier fitting of your outer covers and to reduce friction between the outer cover and the cushion interior, this increases the lifespan of the outer cover and helps prevent creasing as it allows the cover to return easily to its original position after use. These covers should not be confused with cheap nylon heat sealed versions that are often supplied free of charge, these covers soon tear in use and do not fully reduce friction between inner cushion and outer cover. We can supply foam only or with the addition of stockinette undercovers, keeping costs to a minimum for DIY projects. Alternatively we can manufacture completed cushions (see page 18). These protectors should not be compared with the cheap mattress protectors available in many retail outlets. Our Quilted Mattress Protectors are bespoke and tailored to fit with a generous valance that is fully elasticated to maintain a good fit. Manufactured from a top quality quilted towelling surface and stretch towelling sides, these protectors are a must when it comes to caring for your new mattress.
