3 Social Media Worksheet 3 Initial Survey Part 1. To help us create the best and most effective social media strategy we need to know your goals, needs and expectations. CHECk off all of the reasons you want to use social media Draw traffic to your company website Reach a specific audience Increase sales Increase likes / shares on preferred social platforms Build your list Build excitement prior to scheduled events/promos Promote an event/product launch Educate people on what your company does Keep customers updated on happenings Build a community around an event/topic Reaching new customers/clients Getting feedback from your customers Draw traffic to a particular online resource Tell stories about the work you do Get press coverage Connect with other like-minded organizations Understand what people are saying about you Recruiting staff Keeping up to date with a particular issue(s) Other (please specify): Go through the list and choose your top three goals.
