6 PROJECT FUNDING DGT in collaboration with our Partners provides turn-key structured Finance- Design-Build (FDB) solutions for feasible and qualified projects in emerging markets Project qualification requirements: Minimum funding USD 500,000 ROI of minimum 10 % per year Secured financed/asset ratio of 1:10 Financed tenure 7-20 years High cost of energy greater than USD 0.25 / kwh High irradiance (sun intensity) or other favorable conditions Favorable legislation, allowing grid tie connections Subject to general project/client due diligence evaluation Typical structured solutions: PPA (Power Purchasing Agreement)- Lease/Purchase- Debt 6
