You must use this order code " " to get the discount applied in the order form. FREE Divorce Booklet Testimony from our Head Customer Service Rep. Julie --- "Hello, this is Julie, Head Customer Service Rep at the Divorce Do It Yourself Service. I have worked with thousands of Customers that are going through very diverse types of divorce situations. And I can tell you one thing, If a customer reads this Free Divorce Booklet with real intent to get as much out of it as they can, that person will more often than not, sail through the "Do It Yourself Divorce" process in less time and with less problems." This FREE Online Divorce Report is intended for the purpose of sharing divorce document information that is commonly available to every man, woman, and child in the United States. This report puts hours of independent paralegal work together in one place for you to read and come to an intelligent conclusion about uncontested divorces. Also, a goal of this Report is to convince you that there is a "way" to do your divorce without an attorney and save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. That "way" is to choose to have us at The Divorce Do-It-Yourself Service do all your paperwork for you for one low price. This saves you the headache of doing your divorce with kits, and books; saving you hundreds or even thousands of dollars in legal fees AND YOUR PRECIOUS TIME. Save hundreds or even thousands of dollars in legal fees What follows is an explanation of the forms that are needed to do a divorce and how our service works with simple directions for getting started. Please remember that EVERY DIVORCE IS DIFFERENT, also that EVERY STATE AND COUNTY IS DIFFERENT. Therefore, it is practically impossible to buy a regular divorce kit and expect to have ALL the forms and information you would need. It would take a service that works one on one with a customer (you) to do a divorce well. That is what we offer you, the client.

The Divorce Do-It-Yourself Service is a service that helps everyday people do their own low cost Divorce. We are not lawyers and do not claim to practice law. We are independent paralegals and cannot give you direct legal advice. We provide you with secretarial services to do your own low cost divorce through the mail, or . Thereby, eliminating the need for the high costs of lawyers....do your own low cost divorce through the mail, or ... Any individual wishing to start a divorce (also called a domestic relations action) must file the correct papers with the circuit court according to specific rules. If you talk to people at your local county clerk s office, they may advise you to have an attorney. The clerk will tell you that they cannot give you legal information. However, you can do your own uncontested divorce and it is quite simple actually. Most people who performed their own divorce would recommend it to their friends. There are certain papers to be filed with the court to begin a divorce. 1. The Complaint or Petition 2. The Summons 3. And various other papers based on the particular situations of the individuals. (explained below) Every divorce begins with a Plaintiff (you) filing a Complaint or petition; which asks the court to grant an order. For example, a Complaint may ask the Court to grant a divorce. The Defendant (your spouse) is the person whom the Complaint is filed against. The Summons is a document that legally asks the person complained against to answer the Complaint. This must be delivered to that person in a way that gave them notice of the action against them. This is called "Service of Process". If your Spouse agrees to the divorce and will sign the paperwork, this is called an Agreed Divorce. If your Spouse does nothing with the divorce papers and doesn t sign them and doesn t contest anything with a lawyer, but simply sits on his/her hands, this is called a Default Divorce. Either way is good. We can do your divorce if either of these two circumstances take place. PLEASE NOTE : If your spouse hires a lawyer to contest your divorce, you will have to hire a lawyer too. We can not represent you but we can help you to save 25% on your legal fees. It is called the PrePaid Legal Service. Mention it to us if this is the service that you might need.

Either way we can help you Save Money $$$!!! The Divorce Do-It-Yourself Service is designed to help non-lawyers prepare their own case. WE ARE A NON-LAWYER SERVICE AND DO NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE, IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT ANY OF THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF YOUR CASE, PLEASE SEE A LAWYER. The Waiting Period prepare your own case There is a waiting period in most states. For example, Michigan has a waiting period for all divorces; it is 180 days (6 months) for divorces with children and 60 days (2 months) for divorces without children. Visit our State Divorce Law Page to see the Waiting Period for your State. Residency Requirement Different states have different amounts of time that you must be in the state for you to get a divorce there. Also various counties have different amounts of time as well. Usually a person must live in a state 6 months and be in their county for 10 days for you to be able to file for divorce there. Visit our State Divorce Law Page to see the Residency Requirement for your State. Service To The Defendant After your spouse has been "Served" with the divorce papers, and proof of that filing is given to the court, you can set your court date for your final hearing. You have only one court hearing in an uncontested divorce; which usually lasts around minutes. We also include in our service as a FREE GIFT, a "Sample Testimony" sheet that will help you with what to say when you are in the courtroom. It is FREE with our service. With Agreed or Default divorces there is a much better chance of keeping a simple case simple. YOU ARE COMPLETELY IN CHARGE OF YOUR OWN CASE, NOT THE LAWYER.

You are completely in charge Steps For An Uncontested Divorce Time: Approximately days in most States (See Waiting Period Above) 1. Get the Divorce Questionnaire and pay for the service. (pricing below) 2. Fill in the Divorce Questionnaire and return it to us. 3. We process your Divorce Paperwork in 2-3 business days. That is our goal. 4. We will send the Divorce Papers to you by . Then if you would like us to do any adjustments, that would be a good time. Adjustments are always FREE. 5. When you are ready, you simply Print, Sign, and File the divorce at your local county courthouse. 6. Spouse is officially served with the Divorce Forms. We show you how and what to do for the Service. It is a very easy with good instructions. Most of the time the Spouse can just sign on the dotted line. 7. The Default is filed, if spouse has not Agreed to the divorce. 8. The Final hearing date is scheduled. 9. Go to your final hearing and read the Sample Courtroom Statement that we provide you as a FREE GIFT. (You would fill in the blanks of the Sample Courtroom Statement with your specific information. It is a "Sample", so that we don't give you legal advice.) THAT'S IT, THE DIVORCE IS FINISHED The above is just an outline of the divorce process. Every case may be different. It is very important, that you stay in close touch with us. Keep in close contact if you move, have your phone number changed, etc. If you move, you must be able to come back to go to the court for your final hearing. Court Costs Please Note: This price is not included in our service. This fee pays the Judge and the Clerks. You can check with the Court Clerk in your county for the exact court cost. State fee usually around $100-$200. This must be paid when you file your first papers with the court. They usually accept money orders and bank certified checks. All counties are different so, call ahead. If you have children, the Children's Agency in your State does charge a fee as well. All counties are different. The fee is usually around $75 dollars. This applies only if you have children. You may call them and check as well.

3 Free Gifts and Bonuses 1. FREE Name Change (if you desire): In many divorces the wife would like to have a name change to that of her former maiden name. This can be accomplished through using our service in the divorce process FOR FREE. 2. FREE Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA): The MSA is a court document that describes exactly how the property will be divided as well as it deals with how to handle any children involved in the divorce. With our Divorce Service the Marital Settlement Agreement is NOT and add on, like with many other services. We give it to our customers FREE OF CHARGE. It is our gift to you. (NOTE: Some States do not want couples using an MSA. Therefore the same information on the MSA is incorporated into the Final Judgment of Divorce.) 3. FREE Sample Courtroom Statement: Wouldn't it be nice to know what to say when you are in the Courtroom with the Judge? Of course it would. That is why we give you a "Sample Courtroom Statement" to read off when it is your turn to speak. It is jam packed with the specific information that the Judge wants to hear to complete your divorce case. Our competitors don't even come close to offering this level of service. Only the Divorce Do It Yourself Service offers a Sample Courtroom Statement As part of the service, we will guide you through each step in your divorce, provide you with a FREE GIFT, the Sample Courtroom Statement to read in court, and give you written information on how to best prepare yourself to testify at your hearing. Most hearings only last around minutes at the most....we will guide you through each step in your divorce... Add On Services: 1. If someone is in the Military: You will need the Military Package. Note: One of the Spouses must live in the US to file the divorce. (also if your Spouse is DEPLOYED somewhere full time, with the National Guard) ---CURRENTLY NO EXTRA CHARGE If Spouse is not able to be located: You will need the Missing Spouse Package.
