Results showed that CAT activity decreased and reached to trough at 12 h P < and restored to the level before stress at 24 h GSH content decreased significantly and reached the lowest point at 24 h after stress increased afterwards but also showed significant differences with that before stress P < There was fluctuation in MDA content it reached to peak after stress 4 h and showed significant differences with that before stress then decreased and increased after 48 h LZM vitality rose markedly after stress reached to highest after stress 4 h then reduced gradually restored to the level before stress at 48 h C3 and C4 content elevated significantly after stress and the level was significant higher than that before stress P < A /G increased gradually after stress and there was significant differences with the level of 12 h and before stress P < then reduced significantly at 24 h P < and continued to 192 h CHO content was significant higher than that before stress after stress 4-12 h P < and recovered to the level before stress Glu content elevated after stress and the level of h was significantly higher than that before stress P < Total protein and globulin of stress 24 h were significant higher than that before stress and maintained at high level P < after stress 4 h ALT activity was marked higher than that before stress P < then reduced to AA10Z JCYBJC
2 the level before stress After stress 48 h AST vitality was significant higher than that before stress and reduced to the level before stress afterwards There was no changes in TG SOD and ALB after stress P > The results showed that short high-density stress on physiological functions of half-smooth tongue-sole would not have a lasting impact and it could improve immunity of half-smooth tongue-sole.
