2 Nestled amongst 40 acres of landscaped grounds in the heart of Matakana Wine Country, overlooking vineyards and the Glen Eden River, our 34 seat boutique conference centre and five star, fully serviced baches are a perfect venue for corporate conferences, team building and events. Our conference facilities, comprise of conference room, a separate breakout area, kitchen/bathroom amenities and expansive decks. A range of equipment is available in the conference room for your use including a data projector and screen, 50 inch plasma TV/data screen and wireless broadband internet. A sumptuous catering menu is available for your selection. Accommodation is in our 17 luxurious, self-contained baches. Each bach has flexible sleeping layouts, each with their own decks, two bathrooms and the ability to sleep a total of 4 adults with 1 king, one queen and two single beds per bach. Wireless broadband internet is available in all baches. Conference Facilities A wide variety of team activities are available at nearby facilities or throughout the beautiful Matakana Coast region. 3 Getting Here Riverside Matakana is just a 45 minute drive north of Auckland or 15 minutes by helicopter. On arrival you can relax in our tranquil surroundings, simply breath in the country air and let us take care of you and your group s needs. Getting Here & Around Getting Around Once you arrive at Riverside Matakana, you don t need to drive anywhere. We are happy to arrange transport by shuttle, taxi or water taxi to and from the activity of your choice.

4 Daily Conference Rates Conference rates $95/head per day Minimum charge for use of conference venue $1095/day (GST exclusive) Rate includes: Conference venue hire, dedicated Personal Assistant/Waitress, tea and coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, chilled water, data projector and screen, 50" plasma TV/Data screen, wireless broadband internet, flip charts, pads, pens and mints. Larger Groups: In the instance that you require a venue for more than 34 delegates, we partner with Plume Restaurant to provide an alternative conference venue for up to 50 persons. Plume is only 5 minutes from Riverside and transfers can easily be arranged. This allows us to both accommodate and conference up to 50 delegates with ease. Plume has recently undergone a major renovation and is a beautiful venue for conferencing or evening dining. Daily Conference Rates

5 Accommodation All of our beautiful 17 self-contained baches are identical and can be configured to suit individual requirements: Every bach has a king size master bed, a queen bed, 2 bathrooms and also 2 singles in the attached sleepout, lounge, kitchen, dining, study, laundry, decks and bbq. Single Share The whole bach to yourself relax and enjoy your space. Twin Share Share the bach with a colleague. You each have your own entrance, your own bathroom and share the living areas. Triple/Quad Share For the Team players using all the bedding options and sharing 2 bathrooms. 7 Our baches are spread throughout the property in clusters. Being separated from the main conference facilities they are ideal for break out areas or team meetings within the group. Our Riverside Property We booked into the Riverside for an Executive Retreat. Everything was perfect, from the first contact and the organisation, through to the living accommodation, the meeting room and the food. Everyone was really impressed.

Whether you choose a round of golf, horse riding, a fishing trip or a more sedate wine tasting tour, Matakana is the perfect base from which to escape the pressures of life and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the region. For a more challenging affair, we offer a wide range of exciting corporate team building activities with the nearby Military Arts Club. 10 Terms and Conditions Once you have reserved your booking with Riverside Matakana, a completed BOOKING SHEET must be faxed to or ed to host@riversidematakana.co.nz. Confirmation of accommodation, final numbers along with the rooming list, should be no later than 10 days prior to the conference date. Accommodation and Conference Lodge bookings should be reserved as soon as possible. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Your final balance is payable on departure. The Conference Centre is open from 8am to 6pm. Use outside these hours must be discussed with the Manager. All prices exclude GST and are correct at time of printing but subject to change.
