TO USE FOR: Cold Therapy Freeze PeazPak therapy pack for at least 4 hours. PeazPak therapy packs and PeazPod wrap can be stored in the freezer for immediate and convenient cold therapy relief. TO USE FOR: Hot Therapy Always start with PeazPak therapy pack at room temperature. Heating times differ based on pack size. Follow the instructions on the back of your pack for specific heating instructions. Use the back of your hand to test your PeazPak therapy pack prior to use. If the pack is too hot, let the pack rest for 2 to 3 minutes and retest. For additional warmth, follow the heating instructions on the pack. FrozenPeaz Products should only be applied for 20 minutes at a time. Allow at least 30 minutes between applications of hot or cold therapy.
