We have been assisting clients with commercial, retail, and industrial projects throughout the Chicagoland metropolitan area and the Midwest since Our longevity is directly attributable to our customer relations and partnership approach. As we continue to serve our clients with a personal touch, we have decided to make a change to Stasica Construction (Thorndale Construction Co., dba) to further distinguish ourselves in the construction industry. We are extremely proud of our heritage and what the company name of Thorndale Construction Co. has meant throughout the industry. The ideals and commitment to a teamwork approach is what Tom Baumbeck instilled in Thorndale Construction Co. and will continue to be of the utmost importance with Stasica Construction. 2 THOMAS H. BAUMBECK With over 36 years in retail construction, Tom Baumbeck has extensive experience in all types and sizes of tenant construction projects. His expertise includes estimating, project management, construction management and development of both retail and office spaces, as well as a variety of free -standing restaurants and retail buildings. Over the years, Tom s clients have included some of the most recognized names in our industry. Tom founded Thorndale Construction Co. in Since that time, Tom has developed impressive credentials as a General Contractor working with a wide variety of customers, many of them repeat customers. Projects have been focused in mall, street front, and airport sites and evidence Tom s ability to successfully liaison with landlords, mall managers, building engineers, and building and health department personnel. Circle of Expertise Thorndale Constructions growth and potential led Tom to expansion through a partnership with Todd C. Stasica in 2002, strengthening the continuity of the company. Tom s extensive background in General Construction combined with Todd s financial background and comprehensive training in the construction arena combine to create the Circle of Expertise which Stasica Construction offers to the construction industry. TODD C. STASICA In January 2002, Todd assumed a partnership role in Thorndale Construction. Todd s assets and background have enhanced the strengths of the company. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management Information Systems and gaining valuable experience in finance and logistics, Todd joined Thorndale Construction Co. in 1994 as a Project Superintendent. Since that time, Todd has utilized his management skills and implemented his background in logistics as a Project Manager and then as Director of Operations for Stasica Construction. Todd s meticulous concern for client needs, as well as his attention to detail and scheduling, has created a strong bond with clients, as evidenced by our growing list of repeat customers. Todd s genuine concern for customer satisfaction has enhanced Stasica Constructions good will and client trust.
