The granite slab is supported by black stone of approx. 35mm thick with 100 mm or as suitable granite beads at three edges with rounding corners. Table-top is to be fitted with supporting brackets, wall cutting, table top cutting and finishing for fixing the slab and counter top basins, etc. with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades and with moulding and polishing all edges of granite slabs and mending all damages of walls, etc. as approved and directed - Please refer drawing attached. 3.1 Table-top Size: 1500mm X 550mm (Depth) 3.5 SqMt. 3.2 Table-top Size: 750mm X 500mm (Depth) 0.75 SqMt.

2 4 Wash Basin: Supplying and fixing Starwhite vitreous china oval shaped Counter Top (Self Rimming) Wash Basins with CI / Galvanized steel brackets, CP brass wastes with overflow, 32 mm CP cast brass heavy bottle traps, unions, pipes to wall and wall flanges, rubber adopters for waste connections including, painting of brackets, cutting and making good the walls, complete, of approximate size: 560mm (W) x 410mm (D) mm (Hindware / Parryware or equivalent quality) as approved. Please refer drawing attached. 5 Ceramic Wall Tiles: Supplying, laying and fitting of Ceramic glazed 1st quality wall tiles, size: 300 X 200 mm approx. or as approved with approved shade and brand, in line and level free of flaws over 12 mm thick backing of cement morter (1 cement : 3 course sand) after necessary chipping on existing wall, including colour cement float joints and pointing in matching shade all complete finishing as per approval. Make: Kajaria / Somany or equivalent quality. - Please refer drawing attached. 6 Anti-skid Ceramic Tiles for Floor: Supplying, laying and fitting of Anti-skid Ceramic Floor Tiles (1st Quality) of size: 300mm X 300mm approximately of approved brand, shade, pattern and design, free of flaws in toilet in line and level laid over cement based high polymer modified quick-set water based tile adhesive of average 3mm thickness (after necessary processing of the existing floors) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching shade etc. all complete finishing as per approval. Make: Kajaria / Somany or equivalent quality. - Please refer drawing attached. 7 Anti-skid Ceramic Tiles for Skirting: Supplying, laying and fitting of matching Anti-skid Ceramic Floor Tiles for Toilet Skirting of approved brand, shade, pattern and design over 12 mm thk 1:3 cement morter backing, jointing and pointing with white cement mixed with matching shade and flushed with plastered surfaces and cutting the wall surfaces as necessary, all complete finishing as approved. Size: 100 mm. 260 SqMt. 90 SqMt. 125 RMt. 8 Mirror of float Glass: Supplying and fixing beveled edge with approx. 5.0 mm thick Mirror of float glass (make: ASAHI or Equivalent quality) complete with 6 mm thick marine ply board backing duly painted with white synthetic paint, fixed with dome shaped CP brass screws and washers complete as approved. Use J K White / Birla /Equivalent quality putty. 21 VERTICAL BLIND (supply, installation, fixing and finishing): mm wide Vertical Blind with Special/Thicker/Blackout fabric as approved and directed. Blinds shall be fitted on wide ovalshaped (MAC-type) powder coated section frame with imported runner and associated accessories and components. INTERIOR WALL PAINTING: Supply and painting 2 (two) coats of plastic emulsion Paint (Berger/Asian/ICI or equivalent) to walls of approved colour after cleaning and rubbing the surfaces properly and painting one coat of primer and finishing as directed and approved. 15 No. 30 Mtr. 50 Mtr. - L.S. 10 SqMt. 4 23 Providing and fixing modular False Ceiling system with mineral 40 SqMt. fibre board /ARMSTRONG BRAND or equivalent quality ceiling tiles as per following specifications: Ceiling tiles shall be approved make Fine Fissured tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.55, Light Reflectance > 85%, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS476 Pt:6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile. Suspension system shall be as per manufacturer specification stitched exposed grid system with 24 mm approx. wide T-section flanges. The grid should be of Armstrong make Prelude 32 with 24mm approx. wide galvanized T section flanges with colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections. Installation comprises of main runners spaced at approx mm enters securely fixed to the structural soffit by approved hangers at approx mm maximum enters & not more than 150 mm (approx.) from spliced joints. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 600 mm approx. from adjacent wall. to include all fastening accessories with approved finishes. Supply, fitting and fixing of horizontal tabletops with vertical supporting and selves as per drawing attached and as directed. 24 Supply and pasting of reflective type Sun film in the glass windows as per approved colour. Make: Garware of equivalent quality. 25 Repair of wall with removal of plasters etc. in wall and replastering with cement mortar and punning with P.O.P. and finishing with plastic emulsion painting as matched with existing wall as directed and approved (the item is optional and will be implemented if required and directed). 26 Supply, fitting, wiring and testing complete of 12 Sweep Exhaust Fan, make: Cenni/Bajaj/Crompton /equivalent quality with necessary ply made rectangular frame, electric switch, cabling and wall/glass cutting, if necessary and finishing as approved. 27 Supply, fitting, wiring and testing complete of 12 Sweep Wall mount Fan with 100 o oscillatory movement, make: Cenni/ Bajaj/Crompton/equivalent quality with necessary frame, switch and wall/glass cutting, if necessary and finishing as approved. 28 Supply and fitting of Wall mounted Rack with 8 compartments with individual doors and locks for all compartments made of water-proof 12mm thk ISI brand pre-laminated ply, as approved and of overall size: 190mm (D) X 575mm (W) X 750mm (H) as per drawing attached. The rack is to be fitted on ladies toilet wall as directed and approved. 29 Supply and fitting of Overhead Shower 100 mm round shape single flow (ABS Body chrome plated with gray face plate) with Rubit cleaning system of make Jaquar (type: OHS-1989) or equivalent as approved and Shower Arm casted 190 mm long flat shape for wall mounted shower with flange of make Jaquar (type: SHA-483) or equivalent quality as approved with all other accessories complete as approved. 12 SqMt. 10 SqMt. 6 No. 5 No. 2 No. 1 No.
