2 Fine Arts Defined Fine arts is any of the art forms that include drawing, painting, sculpture, and ceramics, or occasionally, architecture, literature, music, dramatic art, or dancing. Performing arts are art forms in which artists use their body, voice, or objects to convey artistic expression. Visual arts definition, the arts created primarily for visual perception, as drawing, graphics, painting, sculpture, and the decorative arts.

16 CULTURAL/ECONOMICAL IMPACT Existing cultural entities in the community would have a state of the art facility. BISD would be the only educational institution in the city to offer such a venue to its students. The PAC would be an economic engine for the city and region. Space X families will have state of the arts facilities for their children. Touring shows, conventions, and festivals would provide additional economic impact to BISD and community.
