5 Nasal Cannulas Nasal Cannulas are offered in two different styles. The SOF-TOUCH Nasal Cannula range is made using a special manufacturing process which results in a flexible soft finish for increased patient comfort. They are light weight, fit comfortably over the ear and are available with straight tip for Infants and flared curve tip in Adult and Pediatric sizes.
