3 Product Inspections 100% Product Inspections Providing 100% product inspections on arrival into storage where quality issues may have been compromised and unchecked by the client internally. Key Features: Scanning X-Ray When the finished item comes off the production line it should be inspected to ensure that it conforms to the required quality standards. Our checks are tailored made and customer specific to include not only the finished good itself but the packaging used to ship it to the customer. If the packaging is damaged or not correctly labeled then our operators can rectify the issue.

4 Packaging Modifications Relabeling McArdle Skeath provides relabeling services when our customers requires the relabeling of stored product. We ensure that every step of the relabeling process is carried out correctly and seamlessly. Our extensive regulatory experience and regional support assures that relabeling is completed according to every country s individual regulations. Our relabeling teams are aware of and rigorously follow all packaging guidelines. Rebranding Our Warehouse Support services are often called on to manage client s re-branding activities. 5 Inventory Control We provide clients with an inventory control service linked to their production line allowing JIT (Just in Time) stock replenishment reducing onsite costs. 6 Product Line Trials This provides clients with a mock production line whereby they can replicate the manufacturing process of new products without effecting a live production line. Line Trials McArdle Skeath are experienced in creating replicated/new product lines. We take the responsibility of determining whether the product line should expand and whether products should be removed from the line. We can also analyse the effects of the product expansion or contraction on the profitability of other products in the line.
