1 Rethinking Queue Management
2 BLOOM is a queue management system based on the last tendencies of technology and market needs. We invite you to get to know Bloom and prove that it is thought for all its users: installer, service provider and end user. CUSTOMER FLOW Service selection The customer selects a service in the ticket dispenser. Ticket The ticket can have the logo and name of your company, selected service, ticket number, etc. What is queue management? More than ever, companies and institutions must focus on delivering great customer experience in order to differentiate themselves and create brand loyalty. A queue management system allows you to manage your queues, services and resources to ensure an optimal service, from entry to exit. This way you will increase your customers satisfaction, staff performance and knowledge about your business and customers. Call A sound and a visual signal are played when a new customer is called. Service The customer is served and the employee calls a new client through the calling software.
3 FEATURES Bloom Slave player Bloom Master player MASTER/SLAVE CONFIGURATION Bloom is a flexible and scalable solution. It is possible to start your queuing system with only one player (master) and simply expand it to a network of multiple players (slaves). PLUG AND PLAY SYSTEM Master Slave With Bloom the installation becomes really simple and easy. You just have to plug the Bloom player to the screen and to the network, and all system components are automatically detected and installed. Queue Management - Bloom automatically manages and organizes the customer flow, accordingly to your configuration preferences. Dashboard and Statistics - this system provides metrics and statistics in real time allowing the optimization of your human resources and the analysis of clients profiles. Multiplatform and Mobile - your queue management system can be configured through any device and platform with a web browser. Multimedia Content - Bloom allows you to add multimedia content to your queuing system. This way you can promote your products and display warnings while the customers are waiting to be called. Ticket Dispenser - Q-Better offers different ticket dispensers models. They are automatically detected when the system is being configured.
