1 Besides making a delicious craft beer focused on women our aim is to make an artwork of every beer we produce. A father who is brewing craft beers with a feminine touch with his daughters. We are Annamijn and Josefien, two sisters who brew craft beer together with our father Wilfran. Nowadays, more and more people come to appreciate craft beer and we make strong craft beers that contain a female influence. This group not only exists from the stereotype of the beer drinking man, but includes a much wider range of people. What these people have in common is that they all enjoy an

2 authentic craft beer. There is little to no craft beer with a feminine touch. The beers of The Sisters Brewery are here to make a change for all female beer drinkers in the craft beer world. How we do & what we brew As we try to combine old and new and to create an authentic taste and atmosphere. The authenticity is not only evident in our recipes and flavors but also in the labels and names of our beers. Each beer that offers includes its own philosophy and high standards. Our goal is for every beer that we produce not only to make a delicious and authentic craft beer but also deliver a work of art. currently has two types of craft beers brewed and in sales: Our Queen Bee, a delicious dry hopped IPA (7.7%) with a smooth citrus hoppy flavor, and the Drone, a fantastic Porter (5.8%) with aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and coffee. Now it is time to expand our product range with a nice blonde beer, the Honey (7.2%) with notes of lemon, orange and star anise and a tasty Saison our Worker (9.4%) prickly sweet, over ripe peaches, dates and stone fruit andthe rye is very apparent and gives the beer a spicy and floral taste.

3 Why this crowdfunding campaign The 30,000 that we want to obtain through crowdfunding is needed to expand our assortment, brew larger quantities hectoliters and to expand our advertising / marketing campaign. The process of brewing until the actual sale takes about two to three months. To meet upcoming demand we will brew 10 hectoliters every week. This will need extra funding in the beginning. To complete our offer, we want to buy quality glasses whit our logo on it. And for the development of new labels we are always looking for artists who would like to cooperate with us.. Furthermore, we make flyers and stickers of to promote our company. These flyers and stickers would for example be distributed on several (beer) festivals where will be present (Amsterdam Craft Beer Festival, occurring every June; Bierfestival Amsterdam West, occurring every July or September; Utrechtse Bierbrowers Festival, occurring every May) Return & Rewards Of course you get something back for your investment. Besides a total return of 22.5% interest rate (4.5% per year) you can get as first our delicious beers. You will receive them during our tastings which will be held after the campaign will be successful (see below rewards). Moreover, for each new beer we will organize a tasting in interesting locations. Who are we? With three of us, we are always busy enjoying food and drinks. We started with the finding of the best recipe for the preparation of bread. We have fine tuned the recipe and preparation in the course of time so sophisticated that not only we but also our volunteers only wanted to eat our bread. A new challenge was found quickly; craft beer. We herein followed the same path. Try and try until we have the proper flavor and this again was extensively tested by mainly female volunteers. Wilfran has worked in various departments of business service providers. I have extensive knowledge in sales, marketing and starting new businesses. In addition to enjoying a good glass of beer, I enjoy it even more if others enjoy the beer brewed by. Annamijn and Josefien are both still busy with their training. Both enjoy making and selling our beers. Instead of hanging in a bar after a day of studying hard, Annamijn and Josefien go rather stirring in the kettle for a new brew. All three we love creating and consuming food and drinks.

4 Experience In recent years, we have developed extensive knowledge of brewing craft beer. Developing a good recipe takes time, patience and lots of tasting. We have been able to create four tasty recipes in which ancient knowledge and new flavors come together. The target group The target group for our craft beer is the female recipient of craft beer. Although the taste will surely appeal to a broader audience. Annamijn and Josefien are the ones for the feminine touch and atmosphere in our expressions and labels.
