6 Planning your arrival Some Helpful Tips to Keep You Cool.. Opening day is hectic. With the mixed emotions and the long drive it can be overwhelming to enter the campus and find a long line of cars. Please anticipate short delays when dropping off your student s belongings! Be sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Visit one of our water tents listed on the included maps to grab a bottle of water. Lift items allowing your knees to do the work instead of your back. You are assigned a specific arrival time. The arrival times are scheduled to maximize elevator and traffic efficiency. Please arrive at your scheduled time.
