9 Good News 4 Cinemas Good News 4 Cinemas was established in the year 2003 to own, manage and operate cinemas and cope with the rapid growth of film industry and the demand on High quality cinema theaters in Egypt; as well as manage conferences and fairs inside and outside the country. GN 4 Cinemas acquisition strategy is based on a very good selection criteria for the place, design, and area. GN 4 Cinemas is currently managing cinema screens in many regions and targeting acquisition for new convenient locations targeting to add 100 new screens over the coming 5 years.

12 Good News International Good News International is a Panamian joint stock company which practices its activities as foreign branch under commercial registration No Dated at 28 December 1997 according to the Law No. 159 for the year Good News International was established for the purpose of issuing & publishing and distribution of Alam El youm newspaper, Nahdet misr and a number of other specialized publications in different fields inside and outside Egypt. Currently the company is issuing Kol el Nas, Adam el Youm, Party Magazine, as well as the TV Magazine. Good News International is currently issuing a number of annexes namely: Bonouk el Youm, Etisalat El Youm, Good NEWS English, Living and El Arab El Youm. The target market of GN International is Arab world and MENA region also targeting readers in need of specialized publications in many sectors and fields. 13 Good News 4 Radio & TV Good News 4 Radio & TV is the major shareholder in Nile Radio Production Co. the first private company ever to be awarded the rights to broadcast two FM radio stations in Egypt: Nojoom FM (100.6 MHZ): broadcasting Arabic songs & programs. Nile One (104.2 MHZ): broadcasting Non Arabic songs & programs. Currently the company is performing its activities in Egypt and caters for the local channels. Yet the company s scope of work is expected to grow catering for the international channels which are going to be launched in a number of Arab and European countries. GN 4 Radio and TV has a large base of clients and deals with the most prominent ones in the Egyptian and International markets. The company produces marketing campaigns for companies in various sectors: Food, Telecommunication, and TV and broadcasting sectors.
