5 Price Sheet Fees for programs held before 12/31/2010 Seminar Fees All seminar fees are for same day events. Additional days within the same event will be billed at a 10% discount. Travel expenses are additional. Keynote (up to 1 hour) $3,500 Workshop (up to 1 hour) $3,500 Half day seminar, including handout (up to 4 hours) $5,000 Full day seminar, including handout (up to 6 hours) $7,000 Custom Teleseminar with handout (up to 1 hour) $1,000 Custom Teleseminar series (3, including handout) $2,500 Generic Teleseminar, no handout (up to 1 hour) $500 Generic Teleseminar series (3, no handout) $1,250 50% down upon contract signing. Balance to be paid 30 days before event. Travel Expenses Option 1. Client makes hotel arrangements for speaker on site. Air tickets, ground transportation, meals & tips, parking, and any materials that speaker must pay for and/or ship will be paid for upfront by speaker, and billed to client within 1 week of close of program. Payment is required on expenses within 7 days of receipt expense report and receipts. Option 2. Client makes hotel arrangements for speaker on site, and is responsible for reproduction of handouts. Speaker purchases own air tickets, meals, and other expenses.
