Early in 2003,the company adopted an Affirmative Business Enterprise Policy and support Black Economic Empowerment. At this time, Mr.S.L.Mokoena joined the Management Team after having attained a 25% share in the company. The Management/Decision Making Team at Sealtec comprises a 40/60 black/white split. Approximately 30% of all our purchases are being placed with BEE companies at the moment. We offer expert advice and service on hydraulic and pneumatic systems and are able to field an experienced team to undertake faultfinding on hydraulic and pneumatic systems on site.
