2 About La Fiesta Del Pueblo La Fiesta del Pueblo is the Triangle s largest and most diverse festival of Latin American culture, featuring live music and dance performances, visual and folk art exhibits, educational booths, and activities for the whole family. Over 22,000 participants came out to La Fiesta del Pueblo By investing in La Fiesta del Pueblo, you invest in El Pueblo, Inc. a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your investment demonstrates your company s belief in and commitment to the Latino community, supporting much-needed programs for outreach and service referrals, youth and adult leadership development, and community action. La Fiesta Del Pueblo by the Numbers Latinos continue to be one of the fastest growing demographics in the Triangle. In Wake County alone, the Latino population has grown tremendously to approximately 100,000 Latino residents. On average, 60% of our audience define themselves as Latino, 20% White, 13% African American, 4% Asian American, and 3% Other. Every year, 5,000+ children and youth participate in educational and artistic activities in Niñolandia and the Youth Fair. 60+ non-profit organizations and state agencies share information and services addressing critical needs in the Latino community. 50+ musical groups, dance troupes, visual artists, and cultural associations represent Latino culture from Central America, South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. 25+ local vendors sell authentic Latino arts, crafts, and food. 6 Sponsor Deadlines Tuesday, June 30 th Friday, July 31 st Thursday, August 27 th Sponsor contracts and corporate logos must be received by this date in order to be recorded as an official sponsor of La Fiesta del Pueblo 2015 in all printed materials. Program ads must be sent electronically by this date to El Pueblo in order for media benefits to be granted. Sponsorship payment is due one month before the event. If Sponsor requires any additional items (such as tables and chairs, electricity, tent, etc.), please advise us by this date.
