1 What s M&S Your School Uniform initiative? In M&S we have recently introduced a way for you to buy your kids' school uniform with the school's emblem and help the school at the same time. You can buy Your School Uniform from our online school shop. Each school participating in our initiative has a dedicated page on where you can buy your kids' school uniform. Your School Uniform is schoolwear that matches a range of schools' colours and is embroidered with your school's emblem. Your school's dedicated page will also include trousers, skirts, shirts, and more, all approved by your school. For every 1 spent on your school's dedicated online shop, we'll give 5p cash back to your school*. How to make most out of M&S Your School Uniform initiative? In Your School s dedicated online shop you can find both embroidered items of your school s uniform as well as plain. In addition to your mandatory uniform, your school have added other products such as trousers, skirts and even shoes and accessories. This is added to help you use your school s online page as a one stop shop for schoolwear for your kids, and to maximise the cash back your school can earn. To maximise your school s cash back, make sure you always log into your school s dedicated shop first even if you are buying basic items such as socks and plain T shirts. If the item is listed on your page then your school will benefit from the 5% cash back deal. How to shop with Marks & Spencer online? 2 How to place an order online? 1. Go to 2. Select your region and then your school from the dropdown menus on the page 3. When you are on your school s landing page, please select the relevant product category whether it is Girls Uniform, Boys Uniform, Shoes & Accessories or Socks & Underwear

3 4. Select products you want to buy using the uniform guidance on the top of the school s product catalogue page 5. Add your selected products to your shopping basket, choose the way you want your order being delivered and complete our online checkout process Please note delivery options depend on the items ordered. Also, please be aware that whichever option you choose, product availability will be the same as all the stock comes from the same place. This means that if you cannot find the product, size or colour online, you will not be able to order it by phone or in store either. Please keep checking the website as new products arrive all the time.

If items are returned with an expired receipt or parcel summary document or without any receipt, we will offer you a credit receipt or exchange to the value of the last known selling price. Please post your unwanted item(s) back to us using the pre-paid label provided with your parcel or return it to a UK store (except Simply Foods and Outlet stores). Postage is free from UK addresses for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size. Please note that in store returns for Your School Uniform will be available from 20 June 2012.

5 How do the offers on school uniforms work? At the moment, there are two offers on schoolwear online: 20% off non-embroidered schoolwear From 22 May there is 20% off non-embroidered school uniforms and selected kids shoes, socks, hosiery and accessories. The offer excludes stationery, home, books, technology, all 16+ school uniforms and all Your School Uniform products. Free standard UK delivery on non-embroidered schoolwear items when you spend 25 or more on schoolwear online From 22 May we are offering free standard UK delivery on non-embroidered schoolwear items when you spend a minimum of 25 on schoolwear online. The items added to your basket must add up to a minimum of 25. For example, baskets that total will not qualify for free delivery. The offer applies when 25 is spent on schoolwear items only. For example, baskets that total 25, but contain items from other departments (such as 10 on schoolwear and 15 on womenswear) will not qualify for free delivery. If your basket contains schoolwear items adding up to a minimum of 25 but also includes items from other departments, the delivery charge will be deducted from schoolwear items only. For example, for a basket containing one schoolwear item and one non-qualifying item, you would be charged half the usual delivery cost of your total basket. The offer excludes all stationery, home, books, technology, all 16+ school uniforms and all Your School Uniform products
