14 How to Become a Customer Ordering Information Wholesale: Please contact us to receive our Customer Application and Resale Certification forms. These forms must be completely filled out and faxed/mailed to us along with a copy of your business license. We are unable to send a price list or even a sample sock to you until we have this documentation on file at our offices. Initial orders must be prepaid via check or PayPal. Customers requesting credit terms must submit a completed credit application, available upon request. Please allow two to three weeks for your credit application to be processed and an account opened for you. The minimum first order for wholesalers is $ (approximately 5 dozen pair of striped socks), and the minimum for reorders is $ You may mix styles and colors. Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days, unless there are backorders or custom items in your order. If any items are backordered, you will be notified and given the option to ship separately (additional shipping will apply) or we can hold the order and ship it when complete. Orders to the continental US are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders to AK, HI, PR and international destinations are shipped via the US Post Office. Sorry, no COD orders. Return Policy At AJ's Socks, LLC we stand behind our product. We will accept returns on manufacturing defects; however, we are not a guaranteed sale wholesaler. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending your return. Policy Guidelines: All returns must be pre-approved and have a return number and invoice number. No returns will be given on shopworn or used merchandise or items altered by you or your customer. After receiving a return number, returned merchandise must be received by AJ's Socks within 10 days. All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. If you received incorrect merchandise or something was omitted from your order (not including backorders), please contact us right away. We double check all orders, but if we do make a mistake, we want to correct it promptly. We reserve the right to refuse returns or deny credit for items not pre-approved for return. Merchandise damaged in transit is the responsibility of the carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS, etc.). If you receive damaged merchandise, do a careful count of the socks, contact AJ s IMMEDIATELY and KEEP ALL PACKAGING.
