We have arranged tours for youth teams, adult teams, and select teams. Azorcan has also conducted Ringette tours for Canadian and American national teams to the World Championships in Europe. 9 2016 World Juniors Tour - Finland What a great event to experience! The 2016 World Junior Hockey Championships were not Canadian hockey s finest hour, but that did not stop the 170 people that came on our tour from having a great time. We enjoyed watching Canada, but the tournament belonged to host Finland and their top line of Puljujarvi, Aho and Laine along with star defenceman, Juolevi. At the NHL draft this coming summer, we will see three of those Finns (Aho is already drafted), Americans Tkachuk and Matthews, Sweden s Alex Nylander plus many players we saw at the World Juniors get selected early. In addition to the hockey, we had a great New Year s Party and the opportunity to tour Heslinki and area, plus day trips to Turku and Tallinn (Estonia). Those that joined me to Sweden were able to enjoy a great overnight ride on the Sija Seranade ferry and explore beautiful Stockholm. I would like to thank everyone for participating in the tour and look forward to seeing everyone again at the next WJHC. Hockey Fan Tour Options In the future, we are considering groups to the Spengler Cup in Davos, Switzerland and to a IIHF World Hockey Championship held in Europe in the spring.
