3 1. SWOT MATRIX. Frm the results btained during the creatin and calculatin f the indicatr system created fr the selected area, we prceeded t measure them, in rder t identify the Strengths, Weakness, Opprtunities and Threats in the study area. Fr this purpse we have t establish a SWOT analysis, setting ut a series f cnclusins which they seek t respnd t different strategies. Strengths and weakness are internal factrs cnsidered in the basin under study, while pprtunities and threats psed by external factrs. The internal factrs, strengths and weakness, give certain advantages r disadvantages f the water management in the basin. On the ther hand, the external analysis examines the pprtunities and threats that exist independently f the basin. Imprving the efficiency f water transprt infrastructure. Increase the treatment f urban and industrial wastewater. Establish agricultural measures t eliminate surces f diffuse pllutin and reducing ersin. Increase the reuse f wastewater, especially in the field f agriculture. Adpt apprpriate measures t reduce fld risk by heavy flds. Enhance the cst recvery assciated with the use made by each cnsumer. Defining measures fr the adaptatin r the cntrl f damage caused by climate change. Defining pririties fr investments in infrastructure.
