2 Butterfly Facts 1. People eat insects called "Entomophagy"(people eating bugs) it has been practiced for centuries throughout Africa, Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and North, Central and South America. It is important to know many bugs are composed of protein, vitamins, minerals and fats. 1. Antarctica is the only location on which no butterflies have been found. KEY CONCEPT: PREFIXES, ROOTS WORDS AND SUFFIXES (Make sure to review carefully lesson 4.07 for your word part knowledge) 1. Usually within a three or four-hour period, the butterfly will master flying and will search for a mate in order to reproduce.
