Strawberry Book ecoculture Crop Guides A new way for stress management

About this guide Today, strawberry production worldwide is subject to a large number of factors which generate stress in plants, (extreme environmental conditions, drought, high soil salinity levels, pests, diseases) that negatively have an impact on crop yield and quality. Our product range for strawberry crops, in a naturally sympathetic manner, support the plant own defense mechanisms to help reduce the negative effects of stress. For the consumer, strawberries will be of the best quality, in terms of nutrition and condition, helping to improve their health whilst reducing their impact on the environment by preventing unnecessary waste.

Something about Strawberry crops The Plant Strawberries belong to Fragaria, a genus of flowering plants in the rose family, Rosaceae, There are more than 20 described species and many hybrids and cultivars. The most common strawberries grown commercially are cultivars of the garden strawberry, a hybrid known as Fragaria ananassa. They are an important commercial fruit crop, widely grown in all temperate regions of the world. Strawberries are not true berries. The fleshy and edible part of the fruit is a receptacle, and the parts that are sometimes mistakenly called "seeds" are achenes. Main producers are the USA, Poland, Egipt, Spain, Japan, Korea and Mexico, but the area is worlwide production is increasing

Strawberry farming systems need a continuous supply of new varieties to fullfil demands of consumers

Strawberry fruits at initial growth stage. Delta improves flowering and growth habit in strawberries reducing residues and improving yield

Strawberry crop at leaf development growth stage CalFlux reduces calcium related disorders protecting against stress improving fruit quality

Apply NHCa Delta or NHK Delta every 10 days Dose rate: 5-10 Lt/Ha Earlier harvest and better fruit expansion

Apply CalFlux vía Foliar Dose rate: 1-2 Lt/Ha Compatibility with most pesticides and fertilizers

Our solutions for strawberries meet the food supply chain demands meeting the right specifications for end consumers and supermarkets

Because food security issues concern us, we ensure the majority of the crop can be grown to standards that our customers demand. Delta products reduce the amount of nitrogen used in growing the crop, relieving the associated problems of excess nitrogen in the environment.

Irrigation water quality is a key factor in yield NHCa Delta reduces problems caused by salinity in strawberry crops but increasing marketable yield

Using NHCa Delta and NHK Delta fruit will develop healthier, more uniformly and with higher dry matter; obtaining the maximum from the strawberry cultivation

ecoculture offers a new approach for environmental security designing products that will aid crops cope with stress conditions, but no impact on natural fauna

CalFlux reduces the use of pesticides increasing resistance to fungi diseases in strawberries meeting the expected requirements of end consumers

The number of fruits reaching maturity depends on adequate availability of soil moisture and nutrients. Our nutritional program ensures the right balance of sugar, proteins and vitamins in the strawberry fruit

Strawberry diseases can dramatically reduce both yields and quality. Combining NHCa Delta and CalFlux reduces disease levels delivering the expected yield and quality levels

At least 3,7 million tonnes of strawberries were grown worldwide in 2005, The USA produced almost a 3rd part of the total.

Strawberries are higher in vitamin C than many citrus fruits. They are rich in other vitamins and carbohydrates and low in calories

Our promise for strawberry crops We are working for a more sustainable strawberry production, based on innovation, scientific investigation and development of new technologies in the markets where we operate.

Don t marry a girl who wants strawberries in January American saying.
