Questionnaire for Campus Programming Specialists Our goal is to be the easiest speakers you have ever worked with! To accomplish that, please take a moment to review this list of topics that we can cover in our presentation Based on your answers, we will have a better idea of what information your students need to stay healthy, play safely and make better decisions regarding their sexuality. Please select the top five most important topics that you feel should be the major focuses of our Sex Ed Boot Camp presentation. We will then customize our presentation for your student body s specific needs. (No two talks are exactly alike that is something we pride ourselves on!) When selecting your top five choices, please rank them in order of importance, with 5 being your highest priority and 1 being the lowest. Once you complete this survey, please connect with us to schedule a phone conference so we can delve deeper into your needs and finalize the details of your presentation. We can be reached at: phone: Thank you in advance for taking the time to assist us in delivering the most useful information we can to your students! Joni & Esther Dr. Joni Frater & Esther Lastique

Here are your topic choices. Please choose five ranked in order of importance, with 5 being your highest priority and 1 being the lowest: Basic STD prevention tools: condoms, dental dams, abstinence, etc (Discussion only) Step by step instruction on how to use condoms, dental dams and barriers against STD s and unplanned pregnancy What are STD s and the symptoms and consequences? What is a pre-sex talk and how do you initiate one with your potential partner. Topics include sexual history, what you re interested in doing together, who s in charge of providing safer sex materials and desired outcomes Which lubes and other additives can and can t be used with safer sex practices The value of communication and how to talk about what you want sexually with your partner while developing a relationship Discovering your sexuality while in college- self exploration, deciding when to share your body and with whom and how to do it safely (inclusive of all orientations) Anatomy and physiology of the male and female genitals. Where and what are the pleasure zones? What is normal for you to experience at this age? (Premature ejaculation, nocturnal ejaculation, not being able to climax, etc.) How to handle the temptations of college life (nutrition, smoking, alcohol, drugs, & sex) Sexual Responsibility No means no, drawing your own line in the sand, respecting yourself & your partner, and how not to become a victim Advanced techniques to maximize pleasure while playing safe

Hooking up versus building relationships the advantages of being in a monogamous couple How to be your own best advocate discussing your sexual health with a medical professional Our upcoming phone consultation is very important to us, because it will give us an opportunity to learn all that we can about your campus and your student body before we arrive. We need your help. Please be prepared to answer the following questions during our chat. 1. Does your campus have a student health center and/or a student counseling center? What do students say about these services? What services are available? (Gynecological services, information and distribution of contraceptives, morning after pill, rape crisis care and counseling, physical abuse treatment & counseling, STD testing, anonymous HIV testing, etc.) Does your health center administer the Gardisil vaccine? 2. Are your health practitioners and counselors sensitive to the issues pertaining to the sexual health of young adults? 3. Does your health center require female students to watch a video about or discuss contraceptive options with a counselor before making a choice? 4. What is your health center s policy regarding confidentiality of a student s medical status as it pertains to public health and parental involvement? 5. Have there been reports of negative treatment of students seeking specific sex health information, such as options for dealing with an unplanned pregnancy or issues surrounding the LGBTQ community? 6. Where on campus (or in the surrounding area) can students obtain or purchase contraceptives? Is there a Planned Parenthood or other type clinic? What services do they offer? 7. Is there a website or phone number provided for students to get information about anonymous HIV testing in your area? 8. What is your school s housing policy regarding HIV-positive students? Pregnant students? Transgendered students? 9. What percentage of your students do you feel are sexually active?

10. How open is your LGBTQ community? What issues are they facing on your campus today? 11. What else do you think we need to know about your students so that we can better serve your community? We also like to know how you would like our talk delivered mild, medium or spicy! We pride ourselves on disseminating sexy information in a professional manner. That said, we find that our audiences are more receptive and remember more when it s delivered in their language. Here is what we mean by each choice: Mild: We use medical and anatomically correct terms, not every day language (examples: penis, vagina, anus, climax, orgasm, etc.) Medium: You give us the green light to have a little more latitude in our use of language, so the students can identify with us better. Consider it R rated. Spicy: No holds barred what we say on Playboy we can say for you! (Of course, we can tone this down in certain respects and leave out any particular words you object to.)

Publicity for Our Appearance Sex Ed Boot Camp Dr. Joni & Esther are dedicated to helping you get the best turnout possible for our presentation. To that end, you are entitled to the following Publicity Kit: x17 color posters (designed with space to add location, date & time of the event) Customized materials (all photo copy ready) for table tents, more posters, and mail box stuffers 5 Sex Ed Boot Camp T-shirts for organizers to wear to get your students talking! A list of our Explosive Ideas for getting an awesome student turnout PR Kit for your campus newspaper and radio station that includes a sampling of relevant studies, articles we have written and a list of questions to ask us during interviews to promote our appearance As many interviews as you can book us on local and campus media outlets for advanced promotion Don t hesitate to ask for anything else you feel you may need to guarantee an incredible response! And remember, once we have agreed to a presentation date, you are entitled to deep discounts on advanced purchases of our Sex Ed Boot Camp materials (T-shirts, Boxers, and other cool stuff) to give away or sell as a fundraiser for your school or organization.
