3 1. CAUTION: 1.) Sufficient ventilation shall be maintained at the site for installing nitrogen-making machine. Only those people authorized, trained and qualified shall be entitled to install and operate the equipment. 2.) The equipment shall be shut-off and pressure-free during the connection of air route system. 3.) Equipment shall be reliably earthed, or else the normal use of the equipment and safety of operators may be influenced. Remember to plug off the main power supply when connecting electricity. 4.) Check all safety devices and pressure gauge at a regular interval to assure the normal operation of the system; the high pressure air duct shall be linked reliably, especially the connecting part of the air route. Inspect the air-tightness of the entire system frequently and replace leaking accessories. 5.) High-pressure air may cause severe harm; any operation violating regulations may lead to personal injury or equipment damage. 6.) Never use pipe fittings without safety verification. Never dismantle all pressure control valve. 2. 4 3. Device description 3.1. Appearance Ar Filter Air pressure adjuster (the blue one) Air inlet N2 outlet 4. Preparation before use 1) Connect the air inlet hose (blue hoses) to the air compressor, and another end to the AIR INLET connector in the right side of the machine. Another hose connect to the gun and N2 MANUAL OUTLET adaptor 3

5 5. Basic Operation 5.1 N2 production: 1) Turn on the switch after connecting the power cord and the dry compressed air. Then the window of N2 purity will be lighted. The longer N2 be produced, the higher of the N2 purity, maximum to 99.6%. 2) A tank and B tank produce nitrogen alternately and continuously, until the pressure reaches the requirement. The lights of A tank and B tank will be on alternately when it works. 5.2 Manual inflation operation steps: Use the gun to inflate 1) Connect manual inflation pipeline (blue hose) to the connector of Manual N2 Outlet, fit the inflation gun 2) Adjust the air pressure by twisting the air pressure adjuster (better 1~2kg more than the tyre maximum pressure). 3) Remove the stopper of the gun to vacuum the tyre. When vacuumizing finished, add the stopper to the gun again for manual inflation. Remove this stopper to vacuumize the tyre. Add it onto the the gun again when inflate the tyre 4

6 4) Inflate the tyre by gun and observe the pressure on the gun gauge. When the pressure is reaching the needed pressure, please stop Use the infation kits to speed up the inflation (No need the inflation gun, finish inflation on truck within1 minute) Small Tool Tube 1 Use the kit to remove the stopper from the tyre Stopper from the tyre 2) Connect the tube with the tyre, and another end with the blue hose; Do inflation and observe the pressure from the gauge. 7 3) Remove the hose when inflation finished. And fix the stopper onto the tyre by twisting the small tool. 6. Troubles and trouble shooting 1.) No or low nitrogen flow: Check the air provision of compressor and observe whether the air inlet pressure gauge shows sufficient pressure; Whether the ambient temperature where the nitrogen-making machine located is too high or too low; Check whether the air filter is jammed by pollutant; Check whether the flow regulating valve is closed or not; Whether the hand valve at air inlet is closed or not; Check whether there is leakage in the pipeline; Check whether the air outlet pipe is jammed or not; Check whether the system power is abnormal or not; Check whether the setting value of pressure switch is erroneous or not; Check whether the main power switch is default or not. 6
