It is designed for those that are unable to cook for themselves and for those requiring special diets, if prescribed by their doctor. Also, to help restore or maintain health and to provide a daily check on the person's well being. Meals on Wheels of Weld County th Street Greeley Services: Meals on Wheels delivers hot, nutritionally well balanced meals, frozen meals and breakfasts to those who are unable to cook for themselves or who require special diets prescribed by their doctor. Getting the meals helps to keep people in their home as long as possible, because the nutrition restores/maintains health and the volunteer provides a daily check on the person's well-being.
