1 Log onto Website Click on My Account Login Click on Make A Payment You can choose to either Register or Pay Without Registering To Pay Without Registering, skip to Page 4 Page 1 of 6

2 When Registering the following screen appears: All fields are required except those identified as Optional. Click on Submit Once you have registered you can enter your User ID and your Password Click on Log In to advance to the following screen Page 2 of 6

3 Enter Trupointe Customer Number Enter the Name on the Trupointe Account Click on the Arrow on the Payment For, and choose one of the following from the list: Energy Budget or Flat Amount or Invoice Specific or Month End Balance If you select Invoice Specific, you must enter the invoice number or numbers you are paying Choose either a one time payment or a recurring payment Enter Payment Amount Either choose Pay now or Pay on a future date Select the correct payment method: Checking or Savings Enter your address Click on Continue and the screen expands to include the following Checking or Savings Payment Method screen The bank routing and account numbers for a checking account can be found on the bottom of your personal check. Select the account type you want to pull the funds from, either Checking or Savings You can mark to save this account if you want to be able to use this information for a future payment. Enter your address (You can mark to save the address to eliminate future re-entry.) Click on Continue and the following confirmation screen appears. Page 3 of 6

4 Re-enter your Password and Check the I accept the Terms and Conditions box Click on Confirm A confirmation will then appear. We suggest printing this page for your records.
