For brazing of simple but mainly complex parts with greater number of joints, for example: parts of electric motors, nuclear reactors, shell structures, heat exchangers, tools provided with blades of sintered carbides or high-speed steels. Solder composition corresponds to the range of composition around the eutectic point (i. e. temperature 710 C 8.6 % P). It meets the requirements of STN (B-CuP10). Technological recommendations: The neutral flame is during soldering concentrated on the parent metal and not directly on the solder. The solder is molten mainly by the hot parent metal. The gap clearance is smaller than 0.1 mm. Recessed or overlapped joint is selected. Soldering properties spreadability min. 800 mm. Packaging of powder solders In PE containers (weight 1 to 5 kg), cans (weight over 5 kg) or as requested.
