The project fronts a new 11th Avenue green street and includes a pedestrian arcade, courtyard, and a retail market hall. It completes a village within a village residential, retail and office complex that is steps from 11th & Pike, one of the city s busiest pedestrian intersections and home to its most creative independent restaurants and shops.
