Module: III Introduction, Concept of Cost of Capital, the Weighted Average Cost of Capital, Capital Structure Decisions and Financial Planning. Module: IV Introduction, Determinants of Dividend Policy, Types or Patterns of Dividend, Legal and Procedural Aspects relating to Declaration of Dividend and Different Theories of Dividend. Module: V Introduction, Principles of Working Capital, Accounts Receivable Management, Inventory Management, Management of Cash and Marketable Securities and Economic Value Added (EVA).
