1 ACQUISITION OF PREMISES ON LEASE State Bank of India invites offers in two envelopes system (Technical and Price Bid) for acquiring of Premises of 1.0 lac to 1.50 lacs sq.ft. carpet area on lease basis in radius of 10 km. distance from the existing Global IT Centre, CBD Belapur. The detailed Technical and Price Bid format can be downloaded from Bank s website under Procurement news. The last date for submission of completed offer in the prescribed format is on or before at Estate Department, State Bank India, 1 st floor, GITC Building, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

5 Tender for Acquisition of office space on lease for GITC Important 1. State Bank of India invites offers in two separate envelopes i.e. Technical Bid (Envelope I) and Price Bid (Envelope II) for office space viz commercial use, on lease basis for expansion of Global IT Centre. 2. The key requirements are as follows:. Requirement of sq ft to sq. ft. carpet covered floor area Locations: In radius of 10 km. approx. from existing Global IT Centre, CBD Belapur Preferred Status - Ready Possession or to be ready by April 2016 Preferred Type - Single Building with large floor plates with modern amenities, area offered should be on continuous floor 3. a) The tender consists of two parts viz, the Technical Bid and the Price Bid b) The Technical Bid and Price Bid should be kept in separate sealed envelopes superscribing each envelope as "Technical bid" or "Price Bid" as the case may be c) The two sealed envelopes containing the Technical Bid and Price Bid for a property should then be placéd in one cover superscribing the cover "Tender for Office Space for GITC Belapur d) The name and address of the owner should be mentioned at the bottom left hand corner of the envelope 4. The Bank reserves the right to reject any offer without assigning any reasons therefor. 5. The last date for submission of bids: by 2.00 p.m. 6. The Technical Bid will be opened on by 3.00 p.m. 7. List of documents to be submitted alongwith the Technical bid form Copy of registered Memorandum of Understanding between owners and the land owners in case the land does not belong to the owners. Status and ownership of the title - copies of the supporting documents to be attached. Assent from the owner/ majority stake owner if the offerer is none of these. Site Plan, approved layout plans from statutory body, brochure of the premises. Copy of the Occupation Certificate, if received for a Ready Building. Structural stability Certificate. Photographs of the Building, if any. List of amenities provided / to be provided viz., floor finish, lift lobby, entrance lobby, external facade, number of toilets on floor, number of lift (exclusive use of SBI, if any), finishes of staircase etc.

6 Terms and conditions 1. The terms and conditions shall form part of the tender to be submitted by the bidders. 2. Tender documents (Technical Bid and Price Bid) should be received as described in point no. 3 latest by 2.00 p.m. on or before Tender documents received after due date and time shall not be considered. 3. All bidders are requested to submit the tender documents (Technical Bid and Price Bid) duly filled in with relevant documents/information at the following address within the office hours (Monday to Friday) by hand delivery only AGM (Estate) State Bank of India Estate Department, 1 st floor, GITC Bldg., CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 4. All bidders must collect the acknowledgement from Estate Department at the time of submission of bids 5. All columns of the tender documents must be duly filled in and no column should be left blank. All the pages of the tender documents are to be signed by the authorised signatory of the bidder. Any over-writing should be duly authenticated by the bidder. Please do not use white correcting fluid 6. In case the space in the tender document is found insufficient, the bidders may attach separate sheets on a company letter head. 7. The offer should remain valid for a period of at least 6 months from the last date of submission of offers i.e. from to The short listed bidders in technical bids will be informed to arrange the site-inspection of the offered premises. 9. Income tax and other statutory clearances shall be obtained by the bidders at their own cost as and when required.
