The Juvela Range The range includes Ready to Refresh Loaves & Rolls, Part-Baked Loaves & Rolls, Fresh Loaves & Rolls, All-Purpose Flour Mixes, Breakfast Cereals, a selection of Biscuits plus a Crispbread and Savoury Biscuit. Several varieties of Pasta and a Pizza Base complete the range.

3 Gluten-Free Support Services In addition to the range of foods, Juvela offers an extensive support service to help new and existing coeliacs: Advice Line The Juvela team is available to answer any queries about the products, recipes and the gluten-free diet. Newly Diagnosed Support For those who have recently been diagnosed with the coeliac condition, Juvela have put together a Starter Pack. Whatever you fancy, we re bound to have tried it! Cookery Demonstrations Practical advice can be gained by attending a Juvela Gluten- Free cookery demonstration, held nationwide throughout the year. Educational Events Juvela organise educational events designed to inform and update those following a gluten-free diet on research and development into the management of the coeliac condition.

4 Gluten-Free Fresh Bread Range The Juvela Gluten-Free Fresh Bread is available in both white and fibre loaves and rolls. The white varieties have a soft melt in the mouth texture. The fibre are tasty and wholesome with the added goodness of crushed linseeds. All varieties can be used straight from the bag making them perfect for sandwiches, picnics, dunking in soup or just as they come, they re so good! The Juvela Gluten-Free Fresh Bread is delivered directly to your pharmacy in cases of 8 loaves/packs of rolls*. Fresh mixed cases* of loaves and rolls are also available. Please contact us for more information. They will remain fresh for at least 5 days from the day of receipt. We recommend that 1-2 packs are consumed as fresh and the remainder placed in the freezer on the day of receipt. The loaves and rolls retain all the superior qualities of fresh bread even when they have been frozen. They can simply be defrosted at room temperature and then consumed as fresh. The Juvela Gluten-Free Fresh Bread range is suitable for those following a gluten-free and soya-free diet. * Fresh Rolls and mixed Fresh cases are currently available in mainland UK only.

5 Gluten-Free Bread Range The Juvela Gluten-Free Ready to Refresh and Part-Baked Bread Ranges have been developed to be as comparable to traditional bread as possible. The special packaging used allows the bread to have an extended shelf life. This retains the bread in optimum condition, ensuring ultimate quality and flavour. Once opened the bread will stay fresh for 3-4 days if stored in a cool dry place. Ready to Refresh Loaves & Rolls Available in sliced loaves, whole loaves and rolls in white and fibre varieties: Loaves: ideal for sandwiches, toast or for use in recipes. Rolls: great for sandwiches, burgers or as mini pizza bases. All quickly and easily refreshed back to oven baked freshness either in the microwave or conventional oven. Can also be toasted. The Bread Range is suitable for those following a gluten-free and soya-free diet. Freezing To freeze, pierce a hole in outer packaging or remove product from packaging and place in freezer bags. Can be frozen for up to one month. Part-Baked Loaves & Rolls Available in whole loaves and rolls in white and fibre varieties: Loaves: perfect for chunks of hot bread to dip in soups and sauces. Rolls: perfect for open sandwiches, garlic bread or bruschetta. Ideal for when you want fresh warm crusty bread but haven t the time to make your own.

6 Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix Range The Juvela Gluten-Free White Mix and Fibre Mix are both all-purpose flours suitable for use in breads, cakes, pastries, biscuits and sauces to name but a few. Available in a choice of white and fibre. The fibre variety provides a delicious nutty flavour (both varieties are interchangeable between recipes). Can be used as traditional flour substitutes, making them suitable for adapting many recipes to gluten-free. A sealed sachet of easy-blend yeast is included in each packet of Mix for use in breadmaking. Versatile, adaptable and reliable. The Juvela Gluten-Free White Mix and Fibre Mix are suitable for those following a gluten-free and soya-free diet. Flakes - Delicious crisp flakes of rice and corn, enriched with vitamins and iron. Fibre Flakes - Wholesome flakes of rice and corn, high in fibre and fortified with vitamins and iron. 8 Gluten-Free Pasta Range The Juvela Gluten-Free Pasta Range is available in Spaghetti, Fusilli (spirals), Macaroni, Tagliatelle, Lasagne sheets and Fibre Penne.
