The center-point of competition site and area for the competitors are main building and hangar of Dropzone Prostejov club and JUMP-TANDEM Company. 3 Czech Republic) is easily accessible by road (highways) or by train. The competition site (Prostejov airfield) is situated next to the highway, 50 km from Brno (highway only); 190 km from Vienna (highway only); 250 km east from Prague (highway only); Transport service can be provided on request (must be confirmed) for initial access from airports or stations to the drop zone or hotels. The best way how to get to the DZ from Prague is to take public bus to Brno Student Agency Comp. - and from Brno take the DZ shuttle service (see above). AIRCRAFTS Aircraft to be used: among European skydivers well known L 410 Turbolet /exit speed maximum 180 kph, left door with FS grip for exit. All planes will be equipped with the similar type of skydiving kit. (Details on the website). WEATHER CONDITIONS Average - Aug Sept. 2; temperatures day/night 22 / 8 C; Sunrise/Sunset/ ZULU/ /17.35; Sunshine 75%; rain 17%; Winds up to 5m/sec 60%; 5-8m/sec 30%; over 8m/sec 10%; mostly SW directions. PRE-EVENT TRAINING CAMPS The Dropzone Prostejov operates regularly from April. Last training camp is held For arrangements of any particular requests for your Training Camp please contact the DZ. Cheap accommodation is available directly at the DZ. The L-410 Turbolet planes with the championships skydiving kit operate there throughout the year. Calendar of DZ activities is available on SAFETY INFORMATION, LICENCE Use of an AAD is mandatory for this event. A competitor without an AAD will not be allowed to compete. Main parachutes must be fully open by 600m (2,000 ft), as required by local aviation authorities. Use of helmet is mandatory for all disciplines except Freestyle. For Freestyle the use of helmet is recommended. Ram Air main and reserve strongly recommended. Reserve parachutes must be packed according to technical manual for specific parachute, maximally for 1 year by the last day of competition. A valid FAI Sporting License for 2012 is required to compete. Fulfillment of these conditions is the responsibility of the Head of Delegation who will confirm this by signing statutory declaration on the day of arrival. Final 3

4 INSURANCE All competitors must have full third party insurance valid in the Czech Republic (European Union) and also have insurance to cover medical expenses in the case of injury and repatriation. Without insurance the above-mentioned expenses must be cleared on site by cash payment. In case of any problems please contact the organizers. Any damage to the hotels etc. is the responsibility of the people involved. Personal items and equipment are under participants responsibility. Fulfillment of these conditions is responsibility of the Head of Delegation who will confirm this by signing statutory declaration on the day of arrival. Furthermore, Option 1 also includes hot meals at the drop zone. JUDGES TRAINING COURSE A Judges Training Course will not be organized at this event JUDGING EQUIPMENT OmniScore HD Scoring System from US. COMPOSITION OF DELEGATIONS Each NAC can nominate up to 4 (four) teams into each event of the World Cup. European countries must appoint 1 (one) of them - FS events and up to 2 (two) of them AE for the official European Championships classification prior the competition s start. Each delegation consists of competitors (including cameraman and alternate), head of delegation, team captain(s), team coach(es), interpreter and maximum of 5 other possible accompanying persons. Team with members from more than one NAC can enter the competition under same mention condition. This team will be judged but its score will not be in official results.
