POSITION DESCRIPTION: Weber (WHS) is a leading provider of behavioral health in the state of Utah and is seeking an APRN to provide medication management services to our adult mental health population, including direct care to clients of specific mental health programs. WHS has a strong interdisciplinary team offering a wide array of community-based programs including outpatient mental health and substance abuse services, crisis services, respite, day treatment, case management, and on site primary care. This position is a day time position. Minimum Requirements: Master s Degree or above in Psychiatric Nursing A current Utah State APRN license with prescriptive authority ANCC accreditation as a Psych NP or CNS DEA license General Job Function: Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults involved in treatment at Weber Provides an initial assessment to determine the diagnosis and need for treatment Effectively document all medical services provided Participate in clinical staffing of patients with members of the inpatient and outpatient treatment teams LCSW/CMHC/MFT Full-Time; $18.63/hour CSW, ACMHC, AMFT; Extensive Benefits Package Job # $21.85/hour LCSW, CMHC, MFT; Extensive Benefits Package POSITION DESCRIPTION: Weber (WHS) employs an innovative, motivated, and highly skilled clinical workforce in utilizing the latest research-based treatments in the field of mental illness and substance use disorders. WHS regularly provides highly specialized training, and significant technical supervision and coaching to clinicians in the delivery of these effective interventions. The organization is client-outcome focused, and currently leads all publically funded treatment centers in percentage of clients improved and/or recovered.
3 WHS seeks clinicians who can engage clients in an effective therapeutic relationship while delivering research-based services. With heavy emphasis on professional development, clinicians will have the necessary skills to decrease symptoms of mental illness and/or substance use disorders, and improve functioning in important life domains of clients. Clinicians are expected to deliver the services as designed, and actively participate in clinical competency-based training, remain open to ongoing coaching and feedback in delivery of services, and demonstrate adaptability in the ever-changing work environment of behavioral health. Current Utah LCSW, CMHC or MFT license in good standing. Must maintain license by meeting all requirements of licensure including obtaining requisite CEU's. This position may be under filled with a CSW, ACMHC or AMFT on an interim basis at the wage of $18.63/hour with the following requirements: 1) Master's degree in social work or related field, 2) approved by DOPL as a trainee (intern) in social work, and 3) MUST commit to obtaining full license within 2 years from date of hire, with probationary period continuing for this 2-year period. Valid Utah driver license with a clean driving record (no driving violations) since the job will require some Agency driving Willing and available to work two evenings until 7PM.
4 FOOD SERVICE WORKER 1 NON-CLINICAL POSITIONS Nutrition Services Job # Part-Time and FULL TIME (with Extensive Benefits) ; $9.10/Hour Hours: Part Time Hours 6:00 am to 11:00 am, Monday-Friday POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assist Food Service Worker 3 with preparation of hot and/or cold foods: weighing, measuring, mixing, panning, cooking, and baking ingredients. Package prepared items for bulk meal delivery and/or homebound delivery. Mandatory general cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, work surfaces, equipment and utensils. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English. Some commercial food service cooking experience preferred. Must have current (or obtain) Utah food handlers permit. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Must be able to lift pounds regularly and come to work clean and practice good personal hygiene habits. Valid Utah driver license with a good driving record (no more than 1 violation) since this job may require driving for the agency. AUTISM AIDE Youth Services Job # Part-Time; $9.28/Hour 29 Hours a week POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assist classroom instructors with running discreet trial sessions and groups. Accurately record data. Assist with teaching skills based curricula. Actively engage with children between work sessions. Transport children to and from school using program can. Assist in providing a clean and healthy learning environment High School graduate or equivalent 21 years of age or older. Experience working with children with disabilities
5 DRIVER Nutrition Meals on Wheels Job # Part-Time; $7.52/hour (25 hours/week; week days) POSITION DESCRIPTION: Load and deliver Meals-on-Wheels, bulk foods, and supplies to congregate meal sites. Make sure needed food items and supplies are loaded into vehicle and that food is packaged in proper containers to keep food at safe temperatures and delivered safely and in a timely manner. Check on wellbeing of clients. Keep track of and report required vehicle maintenance. Keep vehicle clean, in good running order, and filled with gas. Clean and sanitize food transport containers daily. 21 years or older. Valid Utah driver license with a clean driving record since the job will require driving for the Agency; prefer one (1) year driving experience. Knowledge of van operation, food safety, and sanitation. Must have the ability to lift pounds, follow written and verbal instructions, establish and maintain good relationships with senior citizens, work in a timely and efficient manner, read route book and learn procedures. Will work in outside environment (driving on various road conditions in extreme weather conditions), but will spend some time in kitchen. Must have/obtain valid food handler s permit. Good knowledge of street locations within Weber or Morgan County. Must be in good physical health; able to enter and exit vehicle about 75 times/day. DRIVER The Ride Job # Part-Time; $7.52/hour (approximately hours/weeks) POSITION DESCRIPTION: Transport senior citizens and authorized individuals to various locations throughout Weber and Morgan Counties to medical appointments, shopping, senior center visits, and participation in WHS programs.
6 Minimum 21 years old. Valid Utah driver license with a good driving record (no more than 1 violation) since this position will require driving for the agency. Knowledge of Weber County streets Must be able to lift up to 50lbs RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT Adult Mental Health Job # Part-Time; $9.28/hour (up to 29 hours/week; swing (4:00 pm 12:00 am), grave (12:00 am 8:00 am), weekend (all shifts), and Holiday (all shift hours) POSITION DESCRIPTION: Monitor residential clients and building to ensure safety and security. Provide structure and support for mental health consumers. Enforce approved residential rules. Clearly document any concerns. Notify emergency crisis on-call worker and then supervisor should circumstances necessitate immediate attention and/or intervention. High school graduate/equivalent. Required to complete mandatory trainings offered through the Agency (CPR, 1 st Aid, MANDT & Defensive Driving). Experience working with the mentally ill a plus. Valid Utah driver license with a good driving record (no more than 1 violation) since this job may require some driving for the agency. PSYCHOSOCIAL REHAB SPECIALIST Youth Mental Health Job # Part-Time; $10.35/hour; (average about 10 hours/week; onsite and in the community) POSITION DESCRIPTION: Job assignment involves working with Direct Service Provider Team with youth ages 5-18 who struggle with behavioral and emotional challenges. This position involves serving as a mentor and role model for youth while teaching appropriate social skills. Appropriate candidates are able to successfully engage clients while supporting and reinforcing therapeutic goals. This position includes group and individual skills development as well as engaging youth in activities in the community. Clientele will also be evaluated on a case by case basis to provide respite care as needed by. This
7 position entails being part of a multi-disciplinary team working directly with youth, parents, legal guardians and other community agencies working with youth. High school graduate/equivalent. This position may also qualify for internship hours. Paraprofessional experience in Social Work or related field preferred. Experience working with children and adolescents is helpful. Required to complete mandatory trainings offered through the Agency (CPR, 1 st Aid, MANDT & Defensive Driving).
