2 Robustness, Safety and Quality Rental Series Gesan STANDARD Features GESAN provides solutions adapted to the needs of the sector with the RENTAL Series. Thanks to our industry experience at the national and international levels, every demand is met with tailor-made solutions. This product line ranges from 20 to 650 kva, ensuring users: Safety, Reliability, Quality and Usability, reducing the number of maintenance hours and extending the service life of each generator set proof galvanized canopy IP soundproof enclosure made of galvanized steel, phosphated and passivated with polyester powder paint coating to ensure a resistance of 720 hours in salt spray test per ASTM B77-09 standard. Its robust design, corrosion protection and enhanced shock resistance extend the life span of the unit. 2 3 Manual oil drain pump Allows for quicker, easier oil extraction, reducing task time by 90%. Includes a high-quality joint. Battery isolator switch Provides added safety during maintenance tasks by preventing the unit from starting up. Prevents battery discharge while the unit is idle Socket panel and -pole circuit breaker, IP67 sockets -pole electromagnetic circuit breaker with differential protection. Top-quality IP67 sockets individually protected by mini circuit breakers. Electrical control panel Includes DSE 730 control module. Displays a full range of status readings on the digital screen, including: voltage, current, power, pressure and engine temperature. Includes communication ports RS-85 and RS-232. Electrical control panel protected by mini circuit breakers, with XD cabinet to improve service time. Control panel includes 3 ammeters, voltmeter, frequency meter, hour meter and fuel gauge (except DPR 20) Protective cover Prevents foreign objects from entering the silencer. 3 Robustness, Safety, Quality and proofing SILENT ENERGY Series Our Silent Energy series offers the same features as our Rental line Robustness, Safety and Quality along with improved soundproofing. This product line includes enhanced soundproofing and complementary equipment. GESAN has achieved enhanced soundproofing via: Optimized air inlets and outlets. Elimination of noise sources. Enhanced exhaust system with attenuation of -26 db (A) or -35 db (A), depending on the model. With reduced noise levels, these gensets are designed and perfectly suited for use at events and all noise-sensitive locations, such as hospitals or public places. STANDARD Equipment Along with the standard equipment for the Rental Series, we have added: Internal lighting 23 Includes timer for automatic shutoff. Door restraints Facilitate maintenance and repair tasks to be performed on the genset. AVR on electrical control panel Facilitates voltage adjustment. Placed inside the control panel for increased AVR protection and accessibility for users. Control panel equipped with Deep Sea 7320 module and battery charger Includes Deep Sea 7320 digital control module, which displays a full range of status readings on the digital screen, including: voltage, current, power, pressure and engine temperature. 4 OPTIONAL Equipment MECHANICAL Options Retention bund under base frame Special base frame designed to hold 0% of the liquids contained in the genset (coolant, fuel and oil), in accordance with environmental standards. Liquid sensor in retention bund (optional). Spark arrester Safety, preventing the expulsion of sparks caused by venting. High-capacity tanks, 2H and 8H High-capacity fuel tank allows nonstop operation of the unit for approximately 2 or 8 hours respectively. Real continuous operation dependent on each model. 6-way valve Allows unit to switch to an external tank, shortening the operation time and ensuring greater safety. Includes quick connectors. Site and road trailer Facilitates transport and mobility of the genset. Alternator protection system Protects alternator in abrasive and corrosive environments. ELECTRICAL Options REMOTE Control Modem Allows remote connection to the unit via PC displaying status information. In case of genset malfunction, sends an SMS to the user. Voltage switch 00/ /230 without neutral. 00/ /33 with neutral. Allows user to change electrical voltage configuration quickly and safely. 50/60 Hz selector switch Provides automatic frequency switching. Switching connector Enables quick connection of a transfer switch for mains failure. GPS Locator Provides information including location of the genset, whether it is being transported or operating, and whether fuel has been stolen. RENTAL 0: 8 MODES OF PARALLEL OPERATION This configuration with the IG-NT control module is designed especially for gensets, including 8 modes of operation in parallel/sync. Isolated Automatic on Mains Failure Continuous operation in parallel with mains (constant load) Peak load shaving Continuous operation in parallel with mains (Import/Export) Export Semiautomatic transformer maintenance Manual transformer maintenance This configuration is perfectly suited to fleets and has demonstrated its versatility with the major European utility companies. The control module parameters are adjusted automatically according to the selected mode. Includes controls for the various modes, as well as quick connectors for communication and the external indicators. Remote control panel for manual transformer maintenance (TM) Manual Transformer Maintenance mode (TM) enables manual shutdown of the transformer to perform maintenance tasks. To facilitate the use of this function by a single operator, this remote control box has been developed, including synchroscope and all of the necessary controls for this operating mode. This control panel is supplied with a 5-meter connection cable with Harting-type quick connectors to connect the genset and panel. Optional cable up to 50 meters long.
