3 Container Treatment Infeed screw, star wheels and guides are easily exchangeable for handling different bottle sizes. Exit star wheel is fitted with a safety device which stops rinser in case of jamming. The rotary main frame carries a set of stainless steel bottle grippers. Container positioning through fixed twist in stainless steel. To accommodate different bottle sizes, the rotating main frame can be adjusted in height. Treatment cycles regulation and treatment timing can be easily changed. Treatments regulation can optimize products sterilization expenses. Rinsing Rinsing station with sterile water. Single or double treatment with water, air or any other product. Second treatment with nitrogen Rinsing machine can be equipped with a Nitrogen generator for the second treatment of the containers. Nitrogen is blown into the container to evacuate the air contained, reducing the product oxidation during the filling process. Very simple structure of the filling head: only one moving part with a single silicon seal. «UC» version: laminar flow of sterile air and contamination control of the filling environment guarantee the hygiene of the product. Low vacuum version: automatic fill level correction ensures high level precision and low product loss. Closed loop CIP cycle with dummy bottles following product flow or in opposite way flow. Versatile filling head: the most comprehensive valve available includes level correction and adjustable air return pipe. The range of gravity fillers covers a very large type of products: Gravity machines for distillates, still wine, vinegar. High vacuum machines suitable for glass bottles, for oils, juices and viscous products. Low pressure machines for glass bottles and PET, for oils, viscous products and juices. Gravity, low depression, high vacuum, or light pressure: valve performs its work perfectly adapting itself to all filling systems with perfect levels in the bottle without the aid of external levelling devices. The air return hole is located under the slider and therefore the valve is completely closed if there is no bottle. Besides the undisputable advantage of preventing any oxidizations of the filling liquid, this device guarantees perfect levels without using external levelling systems.

5 Gravity Filler FITECO/GR-FITECO/LP-FITECO/V For pre- and post-bottling washing the valve is equipped with a forced opening system by means of a clip to fit to the rod. This very simple device enables an effective use of the steam during sterilization and is very useful in the stage after the bottling to maintain the valve open for perfect drying. The system can be extended with the washing kit consisting of auxiliary piping, stainless steel washing balls mounted inside the tank, special containers for the internal and external washing of the valve and liquid collection tray permanently located inside the chassis. The whole system is designed for CIP connections. This device, apparently unnecessary, allowed us maintaining greater mechanical tolerance in the internal guide, the one between the body of the valve and the slider, with the advantage of higher resistance to wear and better mechanics of the whole valve. There fashioned technical drawing maximizes the passage of the liquid while the de-aeration tube enlarged to 8 mm ensures optimal performances even with particularly foaming liquids. The gasket improves the descent of the liquid on the wall of the bottle and consequently the evacuation of the air outwards, so remarkably increasing the performance of the valve. Besides, it has a better profile and more solidity to guarantee long life even under critical working conditions, like with the use of steam or acids for the sterilization or in the case of hot bottling.

This application is widely used in HOT-FILL lines, where the product is bottled at C temperature. The pitch-separated bottles are placed on a conveyor belt including a special articulated chain resilient to heat and tilted by 90. I.e. laid horizontally, where they remain for a time sufficient to sterilize their caps (from 20 to 30 seconds). After the sterilization stage has ended, the vertical position of the bottles is restored and they are conveyed to the packaging area.
