4 Cherie's Quick Energy Smoothie 1 1/4 cup fresh carrot juice 1 avocado, peeled and seed removed 1/2 tsp. ground cumin Juice 5-7 carrots and pour juice in a blender. Add the avocado and cumin and blend until smooth. Morning Energy 3-4 carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed, ends trimmed 1 cucumber 1/2 beet with leaves 1/2 lemon, peeled

5 1-inch chunk ginger root Spring Cleansing Cocktail 1 tomato 1 cucumber 8 asparagus stems 1/2 lemon, peeled Liver Cleansing Cocktail 1 handful dandelion greens 3-4 carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, ends trimmed 1/2 cucumber 1 lemon, peeled
