15 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Effective October 1, 2012 PAYMENT TERMS Unless other arrangements have been made between One Source LED Lighting and the Customer, terms are 50% down, balance prior to delivery. Product will not be shipped to past due accounts. FREIGHT Ground freight is paid for on orders exceeding $1,000 or more. Shipping and handling charges on orders less than this are the responsibility of the Customer and will be added to the invoice. FOB Charlottesville, Oregon. ORDERING PROCEDURE All orders must be received by fax, or by postal service. No verbal orders will be accepted. EXCHANGE OF STOCK Unused stock can be exchanged for other models of equal value within ninety days of shipment. Lamps will be accepted only with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). There will be a 25% restocking charge to cover the costs of handling, unpacking, inspecting, and repackaging. No exchanges will be accepted after ninety days from the date of the invoice. Returned lamps cannot be used for credit or used as debits against existing invoices. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Lamps are covered by the manufacturer s warranty policy when used in accordance with the factory installation procedures. The warranty goes into effect on the day of shipment. Defective merchandise will be exchanged only with an RGA. Proof of purchase and receipt of the defective lamps are required. Pricing, specifications, terms and conditions are subject to change.

16 LED 4-pin Lamp Ballast Bypass Guideline Ballast Bypass Instructions for WATT-MAN LED "4-pin" PL Based Retrofit Lamps WATT-MANTM LED PL based retrofit lamps are designed to operate on direct line voltage supplied to the light fixture. Bypassing the ballast from the circuit is required. Please use the following procedure for a 4-pin lamp retrofit: 1. Turn off power to the fixture. 2. Verify input voltage to the fixture matches the rated voltage on the WATT-MAN LED lamp. WATT-MAN LED lamps are designed for specific voltage input, either 120VAC or 277VAC. 3. Clip and strip the input leads from the power source leading to the ballast. 4. Secure one incoming direct voltage lead to one of the lamp socket wire ports (A), which feeds power to one of the two adjacent lamp pin ports (see diagram below). 5. Secure the other incoming direct voltage lead to the other wire port (B), which feeds power to the adjacent lamp pin port (see diagram below). NOTE: The WATT-MAN LED lamp is bipolar, which allows for either the hot or the neutral lead to be inserted into the respective wire ports (A) or (B) shown in the diagram below. The leads may be ganged up to feed two lamp sockets if required. 6. Insert lamp(s) into lamp socket(s). 7. Restore power to the fixture.
