3 WHAT ARE JOB ON-SITE VISITS? Job On-Site Visits are inperson inspections at the site or sites, where the contract for public work is being performed. Random or as deemed necessary. Labor Compliance Manual Contractor shall permit interview of trades workers during working hours on the project site (not during lunch or break times). (LCP Manual, July 2005, Section IV (A) 2, page 13)
