With its large fleet of heavy jets, Comlux has negotiated excellent pricing for its aircraft s owners for major items such as fuel, handling, catering, maintenance and insurance. Comlux has a team of Charter Sales experts based in Zurich, Moscow, Almaty, Bahrain and Hong Kong to sell charter flights on your aircraft to 3rd party customers, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. While we will retain a small portion of the charter flight revenue, we will credit your account with the charter flight revenue every month. With our management offer structure including low management fees, and all operational and maintenance costs being charged back at cost, we are confident that at the end of the year, your charter revenue should cover over 80% of your fixed costs. EASA AOC Registration in Malta Having Comlux managing your aircraft and registering it under our Maltese AOC presents the following advantages: Importation of your aircraft via Malta into the European Union, customer clearance without having to pay VAT on importation. No VAT on several aircraft related expenditures such as fuel and a reduced Mineral Oil Tax rate.
