5 Common things to consider for all programs
6 Transportation To & From Responsibility of the associate school district Varies from district to district Determined during the IEP meeting Typically transported to Butler Tech then shuttled to program site
7 Programs follow the Butler Tech School Year Calendar If your Butler Tech program calendar shows that you are in session, your school district transportation plan will get you there even if they are closed. If the weather is bad and your school district closes, then you are excused to stay home because we don t want you travelling on unsafe roads to get here. Your instructors will give you more specific information about this too.
8 Uniforms Interns are required to purchase uniforms for all transition programs. Uniforms vary between programs and range from polo shirts and khaki/black slacks to scrubs. Interns are also required to keep up personal hygiene every day!!! If this is a problem, please address it before applying.
